Deadlift Chart

I wanna move this where it is more visible, especially to the women who may not see it in the mens section. Any ideas where?

Our numbers are done with a barbell, correct? Cause I'll max on the trap bar if that's allowed.

And...I don't know, I think this is pretty appropriate here. Women who lift and post on this forum probably check this section anyway.

my dad bought me lifting gloves because of the caluses i get from the bar i use. they dont really help my grip at all, just keep the bar from scraping my skin from friction and the little grip crosses. should i go bare handed? is there any benefit?

I hit 424 last week at 220. I'm starting Waterbury's Total Strength Program soon for the dead, i'll be pulling 500 this year. :)

I would say try it in the middle of your workout routines. Like 30 minutes into working out when you are warmed up and do 2 sets of deadlifts and then try it. But everyone will have their own opinions.I did mine after 4 sets.

I love the deadlift, probably because the first day I ever went in a gym I did 265 lbs at a BW of 130.
Last week
Max: 330
body weight: 148

question about daeds:
i did them without gloves today and ...just wow my hands are calused up bad. i discovered that i actually grip the bar better without gloves (its just that it hurts). the gloves just protect me. should i wear them?

also, when i do deadlifts, my grip starts to slip a little bit when i get into my set so i grab the bar again tightly after the eccentric part of the dead. is this ok or are you supposed to grab on to the bar and not let go until the end?

Question one:

It doesn't matter, do what you want.

Question two:

It doesn't matter either, as long as you finish your rep in the lockout.
