Deadlift Chart

Hey yeah, I deadlift without shoes on because I think it gives me a better feel for the lift, idk if anyone else does this or has opinions on if it's good or bad? But my one rep max is 395 and i weigh 180.

I know many people who do this, unfortunately they don't allow us to do this in my normal gym for 'insurance' reasons (bs) but I do @ other more lax gyms. Nice lift btw.

I saw this thread a while ago. And I want to be in it. Lol. I can deadlift 295 lbs, and I weigh 150 lbs. Well, more like 150.8 lbs... T_T

Okay, scratch what I said before... I just maxed out today again, and I got 315 lbs. I weight the same obviously. And quick question, is anyone even updating the records?

There, just edited inn. Let me know if i overlooked someone!
And if it takes too long, just PM me or something ;)

310 DL.
225 BW.

Not a great ratio, but not too bad for 58YO
low-testosterone who has been lifting < 1 year.
Goal for 1/1/2008 is
400 DL
200 BW

I gave 585 a ride about two weeks ago, hoping to break the 600 barrier. Unfortunately it only went up about 3 inches before I lost the lift. I'll try to hit 585-605 again in a few weeks.

lol.. 6 is a big number. I'm hoping to hit 7 before I die. Hopefully not RIGHT before I die lmao

havent done it in forever but when i was in 9th grade i used to lift with a wrestling coach and i had a 315 max deadlift at the end of that summer and i weighed 155...

I did some assessment lifts over this last week to set my goals for next year.

DL: 315@177 (this is the first time I've done a max lift).
BP: 185@177
SQ: 215@177

Goals for next year:

DL: 405/450
BP: 250/300
SQ: 315/350

The primary goal is the first number, the second is the stars.
