I'm going to start doing this again :)

Today i did and excercise video for about 45mins to an hour, not sure exactly

I had a job in my work today which means I need to run about like mad, so i probalby got quite a lot of steps in. And lifting lots of money.

Probably about an hour and 20 mins or something, i was in work four hours but i'm not running about the whole time.

Hey guys im new to this challenge and it would be great to record my exercise on here.

Today I did 50 minutes of cardio and 25 minutes of strength training

Hi xnatsx and Angelica - nice to see you both here.

I love my pedometer and wear it all day long. That way it picks up my exercise walks - and also the bits of running about being busy in everyday life. It is nice to quantify such things - as it helps you to feel that you have been constructive towards weight loss. I would recommend a pedometer to everyone.

great job everyone-welcome nats and angelica

MONTH 2 - WEEK 3

DAY 1 = 0
DAY 2 = 5 mins bike, 10 mins cross trainer, 10 mins treadmill, 22 mins step aerobic, 5mins treadmill, 4mins cross trainer, 3 bike = 1 hour!!!
DAY 3 = 5 mins bike, 10 mins cross trainer, 10 mins treadmill, 22 mins step aerobic, 5mins treadmill, 4mins cross trainer, 3 bike = 1 hour!!!

total time = 120 mins

I'll do it.

I just signed up today but I like this challenge and I already have a plan. Instead of having my husband pick me up at work, I'll take the bus part of the way home and get off and walk the rest of the way. That's probably the easiest for me since I work everyday and not much time for exercise. Wish me luck :leaving:

That sounds good, how long a walk is it?

I've done my excercise video for 40ish minutes 2day. Yesterday i did none unless dancing in a club counts but i dnt think theres enough movement involved :p

xnatsx

I calculate it will be about 30 minutes at least. The nice thing about it is that if I get off the bus early I will have no choice but to walk the rest of the way home. That for me is easier than leaving the comfort of my home to take a walk for a few minutes and then deciding I've walked long enough and go back home LOL... I'm bringing my ab lounger upstairs and I will be able to get at least 15 minutes of that in today.

:driving:

Well done Angel and Angelica

Welcome Belladance - more walking is always a good idea

xnatsx - dancing in a club definitely sounds good to me. I was always thin when I was young and used to go out dancing a lot.

Im in this challenge, but I probably won't be able to exersize everyday ..due to studies, but most days I will be walking and using the weight bench at home and doing stomach crunches.

Well I walked for fifty minutes, moving like a boxer ..boxing a long the way to work the upper and lower abdomen ..it worked ..sore ..lol good stuff ..and my butt hurts too and legs hurt! ITS all good ..no pain ..no gain! I plan to do the routine for some time. I can't afford a membership to a gym, but I will make due the best I can. Last walk was after a blizzard. Now that was interesting, and that was a couple days ago... Monday actually!

so I shall be walking tomorrow for an hour! pick it up ten more minutes from the fifty ..its all good

Well done Natalie Jo.
I swear - walking is the key - especially for us PCOS girls. It is the only thing that has worked for me.
