We all have lazy days at times.
In Britain they say that the average person does 5000 steps per day. You were 4300 steps on a lazy day. On days like that a quick burst of activity (dancing to a couple of bits of music or something) can bring it over 5000. Then you get the glowy warm feeling of "it was a lazy day for me - but I was still above average".
