We all have lazy days at times.

In Britain they say that the average person does 5000 steps per day. You were 4300 steps on a lazy day. On days like that a quick burst of activity (dancing to a couple of bits of music or something) can bring it over 5000. Then you get the glowy warm feeling of "it was a lazy day for me - but I was still above average".

yeh i should try that. i need to walk more i think. might get the dance mat out aswell. c all this equipment i've hoarded over time. unbelievable!!!

BTW Margaret - how do you get your steps so high?do u walk a lot? duh!!!

Saturday: Walked for thirty minutes.
Sunday: Walked for thirty minutes.

I haven't done my exercise for today yet, but I'm planning on it before midnight. :D

DAY 5 - pedometer reading.

4698 steps, 0.964 miles, 176.1 cals (better than day 4 but still not nearly enuff)

DAY 6 - 4 dec 07

5 mins cross trainer + 5 mins bike = 4.15 kilometer = 2.57 mile
15 mins treadmill = 1.8 kilometer = 1.12 mile
15 mins waist workout
15 mins weights
100 situps


WOW!!! not bad at all. about na hour dere.

5 min warmup (stationary bike)
25 mins weight lifting (full body)
40 mins cardio (20 mins arc, 10 mins rower, 10 mins stepper)

DAY 6 - 4 dec 07 - update

walked for 30 mins (15 mins x 2)


woohoo dats bout 90 mins today.

I think i made up for it by eating too many wrong foods though :-(

will put pedometer reading up tomorrow!

only done 30 mins of brisk walking today.


not as good as normal. will have to make up for it tomorrow. (sigh)

got the weigh in day tomorrw aswell. wrong day not to excercise. oh well will c wot happens.
