Thanks. the one step class I don't like a ton (the friday one, but I don't normally do that class, only when I can't do it on another day) but the rest are great

I don't do a step class (although I would if there was one available).
I love my aerobics and pilates class. I never post any of my classes because I wear my pedometer and it would be like counting them twice because I count all my aerobics steps etc.

Tuesday is yoga class day - so not too many steps in that!

I then realized my muscles could hardly do that and decided to not do my full workout. Hopefully I will be going today (Friday)

5 crosstrainer
15 mins treadmill
15 mins waist workout
10 mins arms workout
15 mins step aerobic
100 sit ups
3 mins bike (cool down)

total time 1 hour 15 mins

average heart rate (128)- max heart rate (228)


thats pretty good i think. jus have to maintain it and do it everyday. consistency is needed. wish me luck

This posting includes my BAD day!!! Can you spot which day I couldnt go on my long walk and late at night was desperately pacing around the house to get my pedometer to a level that read "healthy"?
