Thursday was the day that we travelled home and spent over 7 hours on the motorway. I didnt manage to get out for a long walk - but did my short walk in the dark when I got home.
Pedometer reading:
Wednesday 26/12/2007 20,566 steps, 7.79 miles
Thursday... 27/12/2007 13,348 steps, 5.05 miles
Friday....... 28/12/2007 26,314 steps, 9.96 miles

I'm in ... I know this thread was started in November, but I need the challenge ..so here I go...
I might not walk thirty minutes today, but twenty will have to suffice, but thirty minutes it is tomorrow. I need to build the strength back up in my legs. So today, twenty to twenty-five minute walk..
and use the weights on the bench for a time. Will write in at the end of the day..
today I did a full body work out (which I tried to pay more attention to the time) I believe it takes me about an hour. then did 10 mins cardio as that's all I had time for before rushing off to the barn and riding my horse for 30 mins
saturday I rode my horse for 60 mins
sunday I went ice skating for 20 mins, and walked my dogs for 30 mins.
Monday I went to the gym for an hour and a half.
