Yesterday and today I did a total of 3.75 miles of walking on the treadmill..this is not including the walking I do on a regular basis as I dont own a pedometer.
 
Angelica - Well done. I strongly recommend that you get a pedometer. They are inexpensive and it is so nice to be able to quantify and feel good about the exercise that you do in all those everyday steps. Naturally, I go on a lot of exercise walks, but I wear my pedometer all day and give myself credit for every step of the day. They all help to keep us fit and burn calories.

Monday - 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes treadmill (2 miles running)
Tuesday - 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes stationary bike
Wednesday - 30 minutes treadmill (2 miles running), 30 minutes bike
Thursday - Spin class 50 minutes was TORTURE!
Friday - 50 minutes elliptical because I love that machine! :D
