Cory - Ohhh, wow you must be quite the yoga master...attracting such yummy comments ;) And three weeks without soda is fantastic. Next time you taste it, it will probably taste really different! You may even find that you dislike it.

Congratulations on the soda. Today is day 7 for me.

Keep it going! Seven days was about the time that I started thinking in terms of, "Well, I have this much time invested so far. I'd hate to see it go back to zero."

Today was good. I did some sit ups and a short hike. Kept it pretty simple today because my knees are hurting. I think it's from kneeling on the floor for two and a half hours between yoga and pilates yesterday. Should be better in the morning though.

Also, it has suddenly become too damn hot. A week ago we had six inches of snow, but today it hit 85. Anything over 70 is too hot for me. :p
 
By this point I was two and a half hours late for work and had missed my orbital mechanics class

:eek2: What are you majoring in? Aerospace Engineering? Orbital mechanics sounds like tons of fun :D

Sorry to hear about your car troubles but glad you got everything resolved in the end.

I am officially in the 250s! I don't think I've been there in five years. Whenever I try to lose weight, I always get stuck in the low 260s and haven't seemed to get passed that. It's a big milestone for me.
 
Congrats Cory! These milestones are fantastic aren't they? I'm finally out of the teens. Hopefully we'll both continue in this direction!
 
Great work Cory! I'm still off the soda, but it hasn't helped me with the weightloss any. It's still healthy

Justina, let's hope our trip to the 240s is quick from this point on. I know you've been stuck for a little while.

I don't know why, but I am SUPER tired today. I went to zumba and had also intended to do yoga, but ditched out on yoga tonight. Oh well, I still got in an hour's worth of pretty intense exercise.
 
I'm pround of myself. I was exhausted from working on homework until 3 am last night, but I still made myself go to pilates. It was good too.

I've been so busy I haven't caught up with anyone's diaries in a couple days. I promise I'll do it tomorrow! Sleep time now.

Just catcing up on your diary Cory, wow you are doing so awesome with everything, congrats on hitting the 250s im sure the 240s will not be far away :)
