Hey Cory, sounds like you are doing pretty well. I think gardening/yardwork is exercise. The myfitnesspal thing I use to track calories and exercise includes it, will even give you an estimate of calories burned. And given your circumstances 1,800 calories a day is not bad, I think you will probably lose weight at that level.

I enjoy gardening, home grown veggies are the best.
 
Wow, that sounds really organized! Great job getting your veggie garden in order, going to work, having to eat out and STILL staying at reasonable calories.
