What matters more is that you are getting used to it. Good for you!I left almost straight away after presentation( no wine). They’ll get used to it.
That's right. LaMa. I then used to drive 15 km home afterwards, looking directly into the sun. Yesterday I got home & had a diet tonic which perked me up a bit & then took Archie for a walk. After that, I made a pot of herbal tea & shared it with G when he got home. They will get used to it. And if you're knackered now imagine how you'd feel if you'd had a couple of glasses.
Thanks, Rob. You're right. I'm glad I have broken that habit. What matters more is that you are getting used to it. Good for you!
Glad your cholesterol is ok.
that sounds so much better than sticking around for drinks!Yesterday I got home & had a diet tonic which perked me up a bit & then took Archie for a walk. After that, I made a pot of herbal tea & shared it with G when he got home.

I think so too. It’s safer.I think going golfing but not always sticking around after could be a good strategy to still be social but not be bothered by the conversations afterwards.
