For the record, the above photos were actually taken on January 29th, 2008. I just didn't have a newer paper and really didn't want to be going out in the -40 degree cold to get one.

My goals:
-lose 25 pounds. Down to 169 lbs. Lose inches (not sure of an exact number).
-fit comfortably into a size 12/14 pants and large shirt.
-weight lift 3x a week for 45 minutes. Cardio 3x a week for 1/2 hour.
-eat clean.
-take time for myself. For the past four years (age of oldest son), I have put myself on the back burner. I feel 20 years older than I actually am, and I believe I look it too.

I am new to this message board. I am thinking of joining this contest as it sounds like good motivation. One question, does anyone have a link for directions on how to measure yourself correctly?
