I posted a chart, but then I read that the dates are changing. So I will keep a lookout for the new table/dates. I'm so in. I need to kick my diet/exercise plan up a notch.
I do not THINK she wants up us to update measurements everyweek, I could be wrong, but I believe our measurements are only to be taken at the beginning and end of the challenge. Nikegirl, correct me if i'm wrong.
Hey everyone! I just wanted you all to know, I just talked to Sean (the admin.) and he said the actually challenge DID NOT get moved back a week. The date that you HAVE to have your picture posted WITH A NEWSPAPER got moved back till the 6th. However the challenge itself will still start on the 29th
I personally am gonna get my picture in on the 29th b/c if I loose 5 or so pds between the 29th and the 6th, I def. would want it to reflect in my photo! BUT for all you that don't have a digital camera, this might help you out some.
It's up to you whether to post your measurements every weigh in date, but you can just do it at the start and end of the contest if you like. This is more up to you to do it how you wish! The chart dates won't change, they should stay the same......just you have until the 6th to enter.
I'm game. This should hit my year mark by the end of this challenge.

Yes, Mal is right - it is all based on your own individual goal. Not everyone is going to want to shed a lot of pounds, but if that is your goal then go for it!
