Help With Workout - Details+Pics Inside.(56K Beware)

Hey guys, I've been browsing around this forum for a while and after seeing how friendly you guys were I decided it was time for me to post a thread for help. Right now I'm on vacation for a month overseas, I have no access to a gym whatsoever so I need a routine that is BW only. I return home on August 18th hoping also to be looking way better than when I left. I have no prior experience with working out so I'm really a noob. I play serious amounts of basketball, and I play varsity for my school. I'm 6'3 150lb. I need help with a body weight routine for this month. What I really want to achieve is this (Brad Pitt)

I understand that this is unachievable in one month, but I want to start working at it.
Now please try not to laugh.

Unfortunately holdiay isnt the best place to start :) No access to gyms, eating out etc. There are heaps of body weight exercises on Bodybuilding.com - The Future Of Bodybuilding! Huge Bodybuilding Site. just click on exercises then specify your equipment. Good luck.

Yo dude enjoy your vacation and when you get back then get into it! Get a gym membership and check this site allot and ask allot of questions !!! :) I found that the hardest part about me changing my lifestyle to a healthy one was that i thought i would get benefits instantly and people don't get that and just quit but i think once you put in the effort and get a routine down and start eating healthy and start to see and feel the gains its AWESOME! and you want more and more...its just a matter of starting and once you have you never want to stop  so pretty much all i am saying is be persistent !!! what you get out of it is what you put in.

Go hard :SaiyanSmilie_anim:

Navy Seal workout. It's done completely on body weight, and is a phenomenal workout, even for those with experience. Here's a link: Do as much as you can at first, and work your way up. Don't forget that nutrition is the key!

Cheers for that! I've been looking for that for ages.

TC, try and stick to a good diet on your holiday and swim a lot. Mix it in with pushups and pullups, also search around on google for 'Hindu squats'.

Thanks for all the helpful comments guys!
