Slow progress?

Hello, I'm 6'2", 78kgs (170lbs). I've been going to the local gym for about 4 months now and I'm getting a little discouraged with the results so far. In a year I'm hoping to join the Forces, so of course I want my fitness to be as good as possible.
Since the last 4 months I've progressed:
15-25 pushups : (
0-5 pullups
Benchpress of ?-60kgs (135lbs) : (
2.4km (1.5mile) run ?-11 minutes
5km (3mile) run 27-24 minutes

My goals in one year are:
70 continuous pushups
18 continuous pullups
Benchpress 90kgs (200lbs)
2.4km (1.5mile) run in under 8 minutes
8km (5mile) run in under 34 minutes

I can post my workout routine (3days/week weights, 5days/week running) if need...

Is this progress normal, or a little slow, and are those goals realistic to meet in one year?

That does seem slow. You can generally see those types of increases pretty quickly. It might help to see what you've been doing.

Thanks for responding,

Note my workout has changed a bit since the last month and a half.
My newer workout (3 days/week m/w/f):
2000m of rowing on the Concept2 machines
4x12 leg press (each leg)
4x12 chest press
4x12 seated leg curl
4x12 reverse pec flies
3x4 pullups
4x7 military press (not pushups, raise bar from neck above head, repeat..)
3x10 45 degree kneeling things
3x10 cable crossovers

My running isn't very good either? : (
Sunday: 5-7km on the road.
Monday: 1.5km run to the gym, workout, 4km on treadmill (speed intervals), 1.5km run back home.
Tuesay: Rest.
Wednesday: Same as Monday, except I do the "trail hiking" program on the treadmill.
Thursday: 5-7km on the road.
Friday: Same as Monday.
Saturday: Rest.
