Oh. I'm not sure they realized they were meant to come over to enlist here. Afaic, I'm the only one who hopped the fence. There are a couple who got their info in, though, it's just in that side's thread. Maybe you realize this and I'm making silly assumptions.

Edit: Also, mind appeasing my OCD by setting it up so each weigh-in date has its own thread? It'd make it so much easier for us to see how everyone's doing and/or provide encouragement if we didn't have to slog through the whole post to see who edited in and who added on and whatnot. If the work of the requisite pasting, formatting and informing of contestants is a bother, I'll gladly do it.

Oh shit weight in was today...well yesturday...Im not gonna be able to weigh tin till Saturday...Im working night shift and I dont weight myself until Ive been able to sleep a full night after my overnights are done...My body gets so confused when I work the nights...

I like this idea!

Or maybe, rather than a new thread each weekly weigh in, have one thread with just people's info and stats (that big list thingy), without the commentary and discussion. That way you can quickly scroll through everyone's stuff quickly, see the weekly progression, and make comments in this thread. Maybe a little easier than each week having to copy everything. Just a thought.

BTW, 2 pounds so far!! Yay me :) hehehe.

But a bigger breakthrough for me this week is that I finally got my eating under control. A tip for those of us in the last 10-20 pounds phase (and sorry if this starts to sound preachy), you have to eat enough! The last time I lost a bunch of weight down to 135 (and I'm ashamed to say I've done it twice but never managed to keep it off) I was at a nasty plateau of 150 for a long while, even though I was eating very healthy and working out very rigorously 5 days a week. Then I realized that I was only eating about 900 calories a day. I wasn't consciously starving myself, I just felt satisfied with that much food so I didn't feel the need to eat any more. I then INCREASED my calorie intake to 1500cals a day, while maintaining my exercise, and dropped 10 pounds in 2 weeks! My body was in starvation mode and I didn't even realize it. I found myself starting to go down that same starvation diet again, and quickly changed to a complete, balanced plan. So make sure you're fueling your body properly, and it will reward you!

That is very good, re: the treadmill. You really like to jump in, huh?

Napping sounds pretty good, too, though, Jilly. I'm not going to ask you for permission to call you Jilly because I notice you haven't exercised today, unless therapy counts, in which case I am a jerk and I'm very sorry? :p But yeah, the fitter I become the less sleep I get. Why. T_T

OK, I am going on the record that I will put in a full 45 mins of walking tommorrow!!! I REALLY REALLY need to get serious about that...esp given that I really love to walk, its crazy I dont do it more!
 
i have old pics but haven't had a chance to take recent pics will try to get my hubby to do it tomorrow for me. As for exercise i'm going to walk at least a mile tomorrow and i have been doing at least that every morning between 3am and 6am during my paper route with hubby.. fun and its freezing then too.. haha
