..well, then what you're doing and where you're at is basically perfect, and you're letting your mind play tricks on you. Just ignore it and revel in the fact that you're smoking hawt, and assume anyone who doesn't think so is brain damaged. Including you :D

Remember that where you are is what's actually attractive and healthy. Try to get as little media input as possible...it's all propaganda designed to delude you into thinking that being strong and healthy is "being bulky and unattractive" and being skinny, unhealthy and messed up about food is "beautiful." Eff that noise, is all I have to say.

P.S. I do however, vaguely remember seeing a thread of yours in which I read a day or two of your food intake, and remember thinking it was on the lowish side. Have you calculated your RMR and looked at how many calories a day you should be eating? I know it's an area of difficulty for you, but it would help to know. You can use your desire to be more lithe as leverage to overcome your fading desire to undereat. :)

Well I don't feel I can do much different at this point. I do a ton of cardio already in the form of spinning, running and swimming. I have an intense weight routine (not girly weights) and I eat super clean. The only thing I can think of is not eating enough, which is an issue with me. My body fat right now is 15.8

Sparrow, I would give anything for your legs! You don't want girly skinny legs... You want people to look at you and know that you work out hard! and your body fat is amazing... I just went over that with one of the trainers at the gym... and your's is below the norm for women! you obviously work out hard and should be proud of yourself!
 
Sparrow you look great-- looks to me like your inner thighs are all muscle, not fat...why would you want to lose that? Sounds like maybe you're comparing your legs to skinny teenage models with no muscle tone and therefore no curve on the upper-inner thigh. I think your thighs look better than someone with stick-straight legs-- look, even Cameron Diaz who is known for her long, skinny legs has that curve on the inner thigh (and this picture was taken when she was young).

Agreed. Cardio, such as running is the only best toning excersise you can do.

thanks. I do run. I compete in half marathons and triathlons so this is just the way they come I suppose:rolleyes:
 
Sparro, IMO, what you have now is my idea of what sexy legs look like. Anything thinner won't be an improvement...you look good already :)
 
Another vote here saying your legs look amazing. Women are supposed to have a little more body fat than men. Women who do actually succeed in losing every bit of softness on their hips and thighs look mannish.

Most men I know (including myself) aren't into the skin and bones look. A fit woman looks ...well... like you. I would call your build slender/athletic.

I wish my legs looked more like yours! I have the opposite problem where when I lose body fat, my legs and arms begin to look anorexic (right now they're close to the largest they've ever been at 20 inches). I'm working on trying to get them more athletic like yours, but based on how my family looks, I don't think it's going to happen. When my brother was in very good shape, his legs were still gross sticks. You should be happy where you're at.
