Today has started off really well. Got my 4.5mi run in and did weights. I then ate breakfast and will head up for a shower when I'm done here. Feeling really good about myself right now, despite last night's rather large hot fudge sundae. LOL I'm hoping the 4.5mi run took care of some of that. LOL Hey, a girl can hope, right??
B: Protein powder, 16oz milk, .5c scrambled eggs, 2 very sm pancakes, potatoes.
