Your supposed to be a fitness professional and if I ask if that's 3 post workout eggs I'm trolling? How many eggs are you supposed to eat in a week? How much cholesterol is in those 3 eggs alone?

I dont think you took the TIME to read the "circumference of this journal" if you did, you would see that the most important thing right now, is that she is injured, and the question you posed is rather...irrellevent-(at this point in time)--to the well-being of a person on the forum, I care about.

You claimed you are familiar with many terms and so you might for the benefit of the casual reader succeed where Der has failed. How many eggs are you supposed to eat in a week? How much cholesterol is in those 3 eggs alone?

This is an internet forum not a private members club.

This is after all a discussion forum dude. Questioning someone about what they have written is on-topic. Didn't you act like a know it all in the Atkins diet thread? Some people claim to have this certification or the other and others don't.

Lemme paraphrase again - If you say you have had 3 eggs postworkout, how many do you eat in a week? That is more on-topic than ROCK ON!!!!! or the other comments you have been making. Did you see someone wrote about ROCK ON!!!!! type posters or was this during your exile?

Eggs itself don't have cholestrol, the yolk contains cholestrol. You can have as many egg whites as you want, but people limit their yolk consumption to 1-2 a day
 
Thanks to Der and Chillen for coming to my defense while I was away. And for the record, Tribal went back 37 pages....WTF??? Complete troll.....I dont' know Tribal, but for him/her to go back 37 pages to something I said is rather....stupid. It obviously shows that s/he hasn't read all 37 pages (not that I necessarily blame him/her lol) and therefore doesn't know what's CURRENTLY going on in my life.

As for the ribs, they are bruised. As stated before, Ibuprofen is my new best friend.

On another note, January 1st I will resume my weight loss/toning up efforts. I just tried on a few things and they are a bit tight, not to mention I feel just plain flabby and gross. Can't wait to get back to the weights and cardio!!! Right now, depression - for a lot of reasons - is rapidly setting in and I need a goal-oriented path. I want to lose the fat, obviously, but once again tone up and really REALLY decrease the BF%. I plan on taking a Jan 1st weight and getting a tape measure to take measurements - something I have never done. I hope that by doing the measurements I will see more progress than just relying on the scale.

So, that's it for news for me. My head feels fuzzy/foggy and has since the fall. I've been exhausted all week and am just now starting to look forward to the holidays.
