forgot to mention, too, that I have been so sore the last couple days. Ugh. B/w NROL and ML, I swear...if I'm not buff soon, there's going to be hell to pay. LOL

OMG....My @$$ has officially been kicked. LOL I did NROL Fat Loss Ib today and then I ran on the treadmill - I'm now shaky and weak - I feel like a friggin mack truck ran me over. LOL But oh, what a workout!! Feels good!

After NROL, Beth is waddling like a DUCK (;)), and gets run over by a MAC TRUCK; however, this SUCKED for the big TRUCK as she became UNSTUCK and threw the TRUCK like a hockey PUCK and this was no FRICKEN LUCK!

Im sure this SUCKED for the MAC TRUCK
 
Wow....my macros are just about RIGHT ON!!! I love it!!! And I even cheated and I'm BELOW my daily cal target!! WOOHOO!!!

Feeling just plain wiped right now, but that's a good feeling. More of the same tomorrow!

I'm glad to see that stuff is going well! Yes the NROL workouts are tough. I'm doing hypertrophy 1. After the first week of It I was shocked at how sore I was. I'm afraid of the fat loss programs but I'll have to do them soon enough. I think after a few weeks on one program, your body will adjust, so don't expect to be that sore after every workout.

Which is why you only stay on the same program for 4, 6, or 8 weeks before switching. Keeps the body guessing and the results/progress coming.

I will do FL Ia tomorrow. Can't wait! Have done pretty well with the eating this weekend, although I didn't enter food yesterday. Today, although my macros are NOT spot on, the cals are fine, so that makes me happy. No workout today. Feeling really tired.

Tomorrow also starts basketball season for us. Son #1 has practice tomorrow night, and I'm assuming it will be like last year - every week on Monday's will be practice. Haven't heard about son #2's team schedule yet, so that will be interesting. Son #1 has his best friend's mom as a coach again this year and his friend is on the same team, so it's great!

Basement overhaul is in stage 1 - scraping and painting. We started this morning and hubby left an hour and half ago for a break. The first coat is on and hopefully the next coat will go on tomorrow. AFter that, it's moving things back into place and fixing it up. We may end up painting the floor, too, but for now, I'll just be glad to get area rugs down and the walls painted. I just want all the kids toys, tvs and X-Box paraphernalia (sp?) down there. I just cleaned boy boys' rooms this afternoon, and I for one am sick of tripping over Thomas the Tank Engine crap. LOL

LOL. Sounds like a typical mother's life, LOL.

I found myself stepping on my kids stuff too when they were young (and uttering some words I can mention, ;) ). Its funny how, some of the toys we buy our kids......."we KNOW it will irretate us" (you know the weird noises some of them make, or there just loud and irretating, period ;) ) but we still buy them anyway.

Good luck with the basement.........And the training 2morrow!

it took me 3 days to clean my 4year son`s room
and i was so annoyed at myself that why on earth i ever bought him this many toys..all the itsy bitsy pieces of lego that were scattered around the room,when i had to handpick i wasnt my happy self:|

the best solution i got was stuffed all the toys in a big bag and stuffed in his closet;).
hehe.

LOL the last time I cleaned his room, I went through all the toys and threw out everything that wasn't a book or Thomas-related. LOL But still...the majorty of the mess was trash - dishes, food....I swear, one look at that room and you'd think I never fed him! LOL Ugh! And let me tell you...yogurt containers on the floor under his bed were NASTY!!!!! :mad: On the bright side, I found 4 bowls and I think 5 spoons! :)
 
LOL I know the feeling. My 6.5 year old refuses to clean his room. So I end up doing it and that's exactly what it looks like. Thankfully, the basement will be turned into a playroom VERY soon, so all the toys and what not will go down there and I don't have to look at it! LOL

Well, I haven't worked out at all this week. I've been too busy, really. And the only day so far that I could have, I couldn't do cardio. I should have done weights, but I didn't. And right now, I'm not sure I can do weights. Yesterday, I shoveled 4 large tractor-fulls of mud and now my back, wrists and hands hurt. Unfortunately, I have to go back today, but I won't be shoveling like I did yesterday. I am seriously hurting. I don't even think I could hold a weight today.

VERY tired after a long day yesterday. Would rather be in bed. Food has been ok, but not great, given my schedule this week. I think the worst thing I had was yesterday I had a bag of chips. A small bag, but still.

Anyway, wedding is in 2 days. I'll be glad when this thing is over. LOL
 
It sounds like you had a tough upper body workout already - if you wanted to workout maybe doing a lower body strength routine would help.
