Bad day- but I am out of town till Thursday! :p

I woke up late, went to the doctor then ate at the Chinese buffet. I know I ate alot. :(

and then popcorn and a movie.. and now I am so tired.. time for sleep

!
 
Ugh. Today was a terrible day for food. Lots of chicken.. banana. apple. egg sandwhich. ice cream. I'm feeling reaaaally guilty BUT

June 9th: I'm very friendly.
 
Food

Breakfast - 2x roll and tuna 500 cals

Lunch - fish, chips and beans 700 cals

Dinner - refreid bean enchilada, rice and yoghurt 800 cal

Snacks - 3 x coffee 80 cals, 2 x toffee 100 cals, i pkt crisps 120 cals.

Total cals - Abt 2400...not so good today

Exercise - 2 mile walk (30 mins)

Fibre - fitday says 39.3g

Tuesday:

Food: an egg. cottage cheese. almonds. tilapia with pickle + mayo and spinach. raspberry / flax / almond milk smoothie. peas, stir-fried green beans, pork chop. a spoon of peanut butter. some veggies out of the garden. cottage cheese + mango. rice pudding. cereal.
Water: 64oz but barely
Exercise: none
Veggie-Fruits: plenty
Fiber: FitDay says 52g
Affirmation: see prior post.

Way over calories today. So hungry. Bah! :)
 
-chicken noodle soup
-tuna on white bread( sister didn't have any wheat :( ), with light light mayo mustard and pickles
-subway turkey cheese mustard, bag of baked chips
-fruit roll up
-left over spaghetti- O's .. my sister ate most I had the rest, not alot
 
June 10th: I am beautiful the way I am.
Didn't eat much today. Started my job training. So I had 2 chicken wings, a banana muffin, some cheese and triscuits and a turkey bacon club sandwhich on whole wheat bun.

Dinner - Chicken with potatoes and broccoli (600 cals)

I'm having some family issues, and as a result am unlikely to get my exercise in this week. I might get my fiber, but that's because I normally get a lot of fiber. And I'll be gone to a conference Saturday-Saturday, assuming said family issues don't preclude that. It's entirely possible that I'm going to disappear from the face of the forum for an extended period. I'll try to get this week's check-in done on Friday, but no guarantees.

Food: sawdust-and-guar-gum tortilla with string cheese. Almonds. Onion and cheddar frittata. Beet greens and tilapia. Most of a batch of chocolate-walnut-oatmeal cookies.

Water: 64oz+
Veggie-fruits: plenty
Fiber: 36g
Affirmation: I know how to behave such that it increases my odds of a favorable-to-me outcome. I was unpleasantly reminded today that not everyone has that skill.

Lunch - Wholewheat Spaghetti bolognese 600 cals

Dinner - 2 wholemeal rolls with chicken and salad 600 cals

Snacks - 2 x fudge 80 cals, small bit of choc donut 30 cals, banana 100 cals

Total cals - Around 1700

Exercise

20 mins WII aerobics
10 mins WII yoga
30 mins walk with dog
Hours spent walking around shopping!

Fibre - fitday says 34.4g

Self esteem statement 12th June - I try my best for all my students and they respond well to this.

Affirmation: I'm really really good at getting up to speed quickly. Today I went into a meeting with no clue as to what we were meeting about, and was actually able to contribute useful stuff. (Everyone else in the meeting had seen all the material in advance.)

I'm having a seriously hard time eating today, and can't bring myself to eat enough more to get over the fiber target. I got in 1600 calories yesterday from the cookies, but am under 1300 today. If I weren't exhausted, I'd stay up longer to see if I can eat more later, but I'm running on 3 hours of sleep and was assigned homework at today's meeting, so need my sleep.

I did spend an hour boxing and toting files, which I'm counting as exercise.

I actually lost 2.4lbs this week :D Didnt think i would lose anything since my exercie has been rubbish so yay!

Food for today

Lunch - 2 slices wholemeal bread and a banana 300 cals

Dinner - beef chilli, rice, yoghurt and 2 tortillas 800 cals

Snacks - 2 glasses wine 500 cals, 6 vodka and diet coke 300 cals (lots of alcohol cos im out with the girls - it is friday!)

Fibre - 23.1g

Self esteem - I am generous and kind (usually!)

I have updated my weekly stats today as i wont get near the comp tomorrow.

Been a bit of a hard week to record things again, Been away all week in meetings so it's been hotel courses for food, so I'm not really sure how you want the fibre to be worked out.

Afraid only real excerise has been a 40min slot everyday in the hotel pool.

Hopefully next week won't be so bad in terms of being able to report >.<
 
Ok guys, I may not be able to update for a few days. My aunt went into labor 3 months early- my mom and I have to go meet her baby once he is born in a major hospital about three hours away. They are airlifting him there as soon as he is born. I will be there a few days most likely. We are going to be there because no one else will be for a bit. So we are at least waiting till everyone can get there.. if not later..

My food today-

Egg sandwich - breakfast, going to eat it all week for my challenge!
I took a nap and missed lunch ! sorry!
I had a pudding for a snack.
For dinner I has potatoes, crab legs, shrimp, corn! Was great.

Decided to do 2 of the three challenges :) Would do three but i really cant eat early in the morning so i am not doing the breakfast one!

So every day no fast food at all and at least 1hr exercise.

Food today

Lunch - 2 wholemeal rolls with ham and salad, cripsps (450 cals)

Dinner - Oven chips (260 cals) 2 chicken grills (310 cals) ketchup and roll (150 cals)

Snacks - latte (100 cals), scone and jam 150 cals

Total cals - Around 1750

Exercise
30 min walk with dog
20 mins tae bo
10 mins WII yoga
30 mins WII aerobics and strength
1hr slow ice skating

Bonus: Yep both :) Over 1 hr exercise and no fast food.
 
Hey guys.. sorry I haven't been around. I was out of town for wedding!!
Anyway, I'm going to do the extra workout time!
I managed to exercise for 1.5 hours yesterday. I still have to workout today.
So far today I've eaten a banana (since I woke up late).
I'll update more later!

Lunch - very strange mix! opted for a school lunch and it was the most bizarre thing i ever had! One slice toast 100 cals, 2 roast potatoes 100 cals, two spoons beans 60 cals and 20g cheese 120 cals - 400 cals all in i think

Dinner - refried bean enchiladas with rice and yohurt 800 cals

Snacks - banana 100 cals, kitkat 107 cals, coffee 30 cals

total cals Around 1500

Tae bo basic workout and 8 min workout 30 mins
WII yoga 10 mins, WII aerobics 10 mins
