Affirmation: I'm really really good at getting up to speed quickly. Today I went into a meeting with no clue as to what we were meeting about, and was actually able to contribute useful stuff. (Everyone else in the meeting had seen all the material in advance.)
I'm having a seriously hard time eating today, and can't bring myself to eat enough more to get over the fiber target. I got in 1600 calories yesterday from the cookies, but am under 1300 today. If I weren't exhausted, I'd stay up longer to see if I can eat more later, but I'm running on 3 hours of sleep and was assigned homework at today's meeting, so need my sleep.
I did spend an hour boxing and toting files, which I'm counting as exercise.
