Just checked the points so far and we are in second place :) No team got the bonus 15 pts cos EVERYONE in the team has to do it (i didnt realise that - thought we would get 15 pts per person who did it!) I think everyone gave the bonus a good try and it looks like most of us managed it.:hurray:

The next bonus is now to eat 3 servings of fruit/veg per day. This one will be much easier hopefully :D I found drinking so much water diff last week but i really do feel better because of it! I eat loads of fruit anyway so this one is a doddle!
Might even keep drinking the water - just not so much everyday!

So water and fruit etc this week, but depends how it goes :p

Ok food for today :)

Lunch - 2 slices bread with 35g crisps and light mayo 400 cals

Dinner - Baguette with lots of salad, thin grilled beef steak 800 cals

Snacks - Orange 80 cals, cherries 50 cals, hot chocolate 100 cals, cough syrup (100 cals)

Total cals - 1530

Fuit and veg bonus - Had an orange, cherries and lots of salad, will prob have an apple before bed.

Water - had 2 litres (easy after the 3 i had to drink last week!)

Exercise - 30 min walk (2 miles so veryyy slow today!)

Food: tuna with ranch dressing and tomato, a million green grapes, cheese on a tortilla, a couple fruit snacks, a bowl of watermelon, a bowl of mango, some steak, a huge amount of pork tenderloin, some more grapes, raspberries, rice pudding, a square of dark chocolate.

Exercise: none

Veggie-Fruits: more than enough to be over 3, regardless of how you define either food or serving sizes

Still not feeling great yesterday, so as you see not been eating much >.<

Lunch - Half can tomato soup and small baguette, large green salad (350 cals)

Dinner - Quorn and veg chilli enchiladas, rice and yoghurt (800 cals)

Snacks - One chocolate 40 cals, two pancakes with jam 250 cals, 2 x kiwi 90 cals 2 coffee 60 cals.

Total cals 1600 ish

Bonus completed, water 1.5l so far :)

Exercise

15 mins walk
20 mins WII sport boxing
30 mins toning exercises (dvd)
 
Yesterday:
1 small carrot muffin
4 chicken wings and some potato salad
2 servings of carrots and a banana
40 minutes on bike

Today:
1 piece of toast with peanut butter and a banana

so far today- had blood drawn so no breakfast, couldn't eat past midnight till after they took blood.

Food: pork tenderloin. An apple. A bunch of black bean / corn / tomato salsa. Banana/raspberry/flax smoothie. Tomato beef and watermelon.

Exercise: 36 credits of Wii-strength. Ooh, that is death.

Water: Eh. I've had a couple 16oz glasses, and will probably have a 32oz bottle later.

Veggie-Fruits: At least 3, regardless of how you define veggie-fruits or servings.

Snacks - " oranges, a kiwi and loads of strawberries

Water - 2 litres so far

Exercise - 50 mins areobics, 20 mins strength training and my WII fit had finally arrived so will prob have a blast on that :)
 
I woke up really late sooo I've only had a banana and some water so far!
I'll head over to the gym around 5ish and I will update some more later!!

Food: pork tenderloin, a handful of almonds, cottage cheese + an apple + snap peas with ranch, banana/raspberry/flax smoothie, some weird stir-fried onions, watermelon, a tomato, cottage cheese, Philly Swirl Fudge bar.

Exercise: an hour of mostly cardio, broken up in two chunks

Veggie-fruits: way more than 3, no matter how you count

Water: Eh. 64oz, but barely.
 
Got all my veggies today will update food tomm, since ill be up late.

Brand muffin - with sugar free syrup and light butter
salsa and chips
salad w/ carrots and light dressing
chicken- baked, peas, corn, mashed potatoes

thats it .. I ate light today :( but still got all my veggies

Fruit and veg challenge done!

Total cals - 1375 ish

Exercise - 40 mins cardio, might do more later after my nap!
