Morning, Green Team!

Shoulda had a third bottle of water yesterday. Woke up all dehydrated this morning, down 2 pounds.

Food: About 5oz of roast beast, leftover from yesterday. Half a fresh pineapple. A half cup of homemade hummus. Buncha steamed cauliflower with some cheese sauce. Smoothie with 1% protein-fortified milk, raspberries, banana, ground flax. Some corn on the cob and chicken breast with soy/ketchup/ginger sauce - dinner done by MIL. Nectarine left over from my kid, who asked for some then found it too tart. A ginormous amount of roast beast, because I felt like nibbling on it. My belly is jam-crammed full of meat now.

Exercise: 120 Wii Fit minutes. That's about 4 hours of clock time, because it gives you a certain number of points (which are about the same as duration in minutes) for each exercise, but nothing for the transition time between. Did all the yoga, all the strength exercises (but not the challenge ones), two Island Laps (long jog in place), a bunch of hula-hooping, and a couple of balance games.

Water: On to the third 32oz bottle.

Food for today

Lunch- 2 white rolls with ham salad and mayo (500 cals)

Dinner - Homemade chicken Dopiaza with rice, yoghurt and one chapati (800 cals)

Snacks - One frozen slush (88 cals) one caramel chocolate digestive 100 cals One kitkat (107 cals)

Total cals - Around 1600 ish

Exercise - 1hr power walk (abt 4 miles)
1hr playing WII boxing (more planned for later - i have scores to settle!)

Water - 6 pints down and I'll def manage another 2 before bed.

Def no alcohol today cos im back to work tomorrow :(

Snack - some veggies and an apple

Not much water so far because I just got up and haven't worked out yet. But never fear, I will get there!
 
Ugh, you guys, I'm sooooooo freaking worn out from this weekend!! 2 parties at my moms, stay at the hotel swimming all night ....then slept w/ 2 kids and my hubby in a king size...didn't get any sleep! THEN went right to MIL's party for 5 freaking hours.

ANYWAYS, food sucked...water sucked...but I did get in that excersize...so thats 1 out of 3 for me, lol OH WELL tommorrow is back to normal!

WTG to you all who seem to be doing really well!!

Lunch: 2 ham and mustard sandwichs in malted bread
Dinner: Italian BMT subway, and a bit of cheese cake
Other: Pack of cheese balls (like wotsits)

Drinks:
2x 2L Highland spring water
1x 0.5L Spring water
3x Apple and Blackcurrant squashes
2x Diet Cherry Cola Can

Excercise today: 2h 43m (Walk around a woodland walk nearby)
Excercise for week: 2h 43m
 
Water mission accomplished!
Just completed 1hr30min of workout time and I'm about to get on the bike for another half hour.
I ended up having a chicken carbonara sub from quiznos for supper so I need to go work that off haha!
So for today I've really only had the egg and cheese for breakfast and my sub for dinner. I'll probably have some cucumber and green beans for a snack in a little while.

Yea, "they" say that people who eat a healthy breakfast tend to consume less calories by the end of the day...so i hear.
 
Think im gonna have to admit defeat on the whole breakfast issue...i can never eat before lunchtime! Does latenight snacking count as breakfast?!
 
I usually eat breakfast- but I have just been lazy and sleeping in late this week ;P..

today so far..

- yogurt -60 cal
-subway meal- 412 cal
-serving of pringles - 140 cal
-chicken breast sliced on wheat w/ barbaque sauce and ruffles light- 290

still trying to decide on what to eat for dinner.. and ill have snacks later..

got my exercise in of course, water not yet but im trying.. will update later..

Yeah I noticed we're all having breakfast issues lately! I'm exhausted though, so I'll be in bed early tonight and I'll hopefully have a good healthy breakfast in the morning!

P.S. I thought it might be good to introduce myself... I'm Kay.. thus you no longer need to use my username!

Looks like we're all doing pretty well though! Way to go guys!
 
As I got leaner, I needed breakfast more. But any meal consumed within a reasonable time after I first get up is breakfast. If I sleep in until 11, and have my first meal at noon, that's breakfast. If I get up at 8, and have my first meal at noon, it's not breakfast.
 
I saw the idea of having a "before" picture- I decided to post one for my benefit, I took it yesterday before I went walking or had a shower, thats why I look skanky! Sorry! :p

Im sick today :( got the worst chest infection so im afraid that no exercise was undertaken.... Water is good and i have managed the 8 pints today so i suppose thats something. Sorry guys...

Food for today

BREAKFAST (thought id give it a try!) - 2 slices toast with low fat butter 250 cals

Lunch - 2 slices wholewheat bread and soup 350 cals

Dinner - 2 slices w/meal bread and tin of Heinz spaghetti 440 cals

Snacks - 2 kitkats (214 cals) and 2 chocolates (100 cals) 2 cups coffee (60 cals) orange (70 cals)

Total cals today - Around 1500 ish ( rounded up)

Exercise - none :( sorry

And now i will crawl back into bed and hope to god i make it to work tomorrow...

I made it to the gym today, even though I was really sore. I managed 10 minutes on the treadmill to get myself warmed up and did about 40 minutes of weights and pilates! I also had some rice for lunch and a ham and swiss sandwich on a whole wheat bun! Now off to the bike!
