Weight-Loss ACCOUNTABILITY CONTEST - The Green Team Thread

Weight-Loss
Food: cottage cheese with mandarin oranges, apple + almonds, roast beast + pineapple + strawberries + a baby spinach quiche and a little flauta-like thing, stir-fried green beans (rinsed under hot running water, because MIL makes them way too salty and greasy) + Chinese red barbecue pork, a bowl of grapes, 3 cups of baby beet greens (gotta thin the garden!) steamed a bit, a bowl of watermelon. Will probably have rice pudding and cherries later on. ETA: So I did. And a peanut butter cup. And two slices of flax and whole wheat bread, with a bit of butter.

Water: About 16oz left to go. It's in my bottle, so I'll drink it. ETA: All gone.

Exercise: None! I may or may not do anything tonight. ETA: nope.

Woke up late again, no breakfast- but I am getting closer to a morning schedule today- 12:30 instead of 2:30 :p.. So far today

Lunch was...

Subway, turkey, cheese, on wheat with lots of mustard (6inch)
Light lays potato chips
Diet coke ( needed the taste! :p )

Dinner was...

Mahi Mahi grilled, with seasoning
green beans
baked potato

Snacks...

Graham cracker with peanut butter and cinnamon


I will be up for awhile, so I will update more before I go to bed.

Hi guys :)

Feeling a bit better today so managed a 30 min walk after work....still not enough but better than yesterday!

Food for today

Lunch - 2 slices wholegrain brean, tomato soup (400 cals)

Dinner - Potato and spinach curry with rice and yoghurt, 1 chapati (700 cals)

Snacks - 2 slices toast with 30g cheese (350 cals) 4 chocolates (150 cals) 2 cups coffee (60 cals)

Total cals - Around 1700

Feeling really annoyed with myself for the extra sandwich and chocolates after school! Needed the sandwich (i was starving!) but i could have said no to the chocs...sigh...ah well they were very nice :D

After the meds kick in i might have a go on the WII later :svengo:

Raspberry/banana/flax/milk smoothie. Stir-fried broccoli per MIL. A sawdust-and-guar-gum tortilla with string cheese. Flax and whole wheat bread with butter. A bowl of frozen cherries.

Exercise: 30 min of Wii-yoga this morning. 30 min of Wii-strength work. 2 Island Laps (21 min), and I finally unlocked the free run. Ha!

Water: 5x 16oz = 80 so far.

Lunch - ground beef in a sundried tomato wrap
Dinner - 1 chicken thigh

Exercise - 20min on treadmill and 40 min on bike
Water - 123oz
 
no breakfast- I <3 sleeping late
subway again, same thing I have had for a few days for lunch
salsa and chips

bran muffin with sugar free syrup
chicken with peas

no exercise today- been cleaning house, unless you want to count that!

Food: Sawdust-and-guar-gum tortilla with 2 string cheeses. Tilapia with tartar sauce. A few bites of a chocolate orange Jocolat bar. Steak and peas. Rice pudding with banana and cherries. The rest of a really bad batch of peanut butter chocolate brownies, which I made in an effort to salvage the chocolate chips that I rescued from a really bad batch of banana-zucchini muffins. (I don't know what went wrong with those brownies, but not only did they taste bad and have a terrible texture, but they produce absolutely no satiety despite being jam-crammed with calories. I've made similar ones before and they were great. Bah.)

Water: 1x 16oz + 2x 32oz = plenty

Exercise: still sore from yesterday.

even sicker than i was before....so only had toast and lucozade today. Prob around 2000 cals from the energy drinks and bread combo, no exercise except coughing (which is seriously working out my abs!)

weigh in day tomorro....

I spent most of the day in a hairdressing salon getting lowlights put in so I didn't eat too many actual meals.
I managed to get my water intake though! And I walked around the lake for half an hour with my dog

Exercise: 33 min Wii-strength training. 20 min Wii free running.

Water: 4 x 16oz = 64oz.

Water: only 10 more oz to go and I'm done.
Exercise: 40 mins on recumbent bike
