Weight-Loss ACCOUNTABILITY CONTEST - The Green Team Thread

Weight-Loss
Thursday:
Food: cottage cheese. Peas with ranch dip, hummus with tomato, nectarines, almonds. Steak, corn. Raspberries. Beets. Honey Bunnies cereal. Frozen mango nomnomnom.

Exercise: none

Friday:
Food: almonds. tuna made with ranch rather than mayo, tomatoes, peas. Chocolate-banana smoothie. Broccoli, tomato egg, chicken breast. Peanut butter tortilla. Ice cream.

Exercise: ~50 minutes. I finally got a silver piggy bank on the WiiFit, and got on the scoreboard for Advanced Step. I need to work on my pushups more.
 
Thursday

Diet
Breakfast: 1 banana or apple
Lunch: Lots of veggies
Dinner: Grilled chicken and rice
Snacks: Triscuits and veggies

exercise - 1 hr on treadmill


Friday

Diet
Breakfast: 1 banana or apple
Lunch: Triscuit crackers
Dinner: Chicken Cesar Salad
Snacks: Lots of veggies

Exercise
1 hour on treadmill
 
Saturday:
Food: nectarine, cauliflower with cheese sauce, watermelon. Hot dogs with mustard, peas with ranch. Some boiled egg whites. Ice cream (woohoo, the end of the carton). Chicken breast, raspberries.

Exercise: 30 min of mostly cardio.
 
Hi all, Im back form my hols and ready to get back into the challenge! Hope everyone is doing well :)

Will check with missblonde abt whether or not to post my weight this week or just wait tilo i have completed a full week challenge :)
 
Hi all :)

Well I have been away from the forum for a while for a very good reason - i had salmonella and have been in hospital for over a week! Not good at all but the plus side is i am now down to 213lbs - a loss of around 12lbs....every cloud does indeed have a silver lining!

Now i am fully fit an healthy and ready to go and get myself down to 210lbs by the time i go back to school! Im hoping that i can pst my weight in the challenge this week and get loads of points!

Hope everyone else has been keeping well xx
