Thanks Tinkerbella :) Glad to be here.

My affirmation for the day: I've dodged temptation and cravings twice the last 5 days. Anything I've done at least once or twice I can do again :D

Oh and I've eaten no fried food today! Well honestly I work nights and just got up and ate scrambled eggs but I won't be eating any fried food today later either, lol.

Ok so.. I spent my entire day priming the walls in the new house - I'm exhausted!

Anyway, today I ate some pumpernickel bread and spinach dip, some ketchup chips and a chicken ceasar salad

My positive affirmation: I'm really good at painting walls! lol

So I forgot and was going to eat fried food today....was trying to make zuchini hashbrowns. But I was in a hurry and they came out crappy....then I remembered and was like nvm, lol. So no fried food today.

Also for my affirmation today, I learned not only can I dodge cravings, with a little creativity and help from others with recipes, I can overcome them altogether.

My positive affirmation: I'm worthy of my gorgeous boyfriend!!

Anyway, I woke up, literally, at 3pm so I've only eaten 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with some butter. I'll hopefully be having a cesar salad for dinner and some fruit for a snack.

As for exercise, my friend Crystal and I are going to walk our dogs around the lake tonight. We've made it a date for the rest of the summer! WOohoo

Affirmation for Monday: I'm good at figuring out complex things and explaining them in a simplified way.

Says I to myself, in hopes of getting motivated to do a newsletter for our clients. I really need to do some work-related goal setting to keep motivated there.

You may not have written a newsletter this week but I think you helped enough of us here individually that you probably wrote as much as you would have in a newsletter, lol. I still think you get credit :D
