Weight-Loss 75 Pounds in 2008

26 gone in January. Only 107 to go. Wouldnt that be something if this rate kept up?

What that the start of your weight loss or have you been losing weight before this? When I began in July I lost 20 pounds in 20 days. Slowly my weight went back up and I gained 13 pounds. I didn't really lose 20 pounds of body fat. Just warning you.
 
Hmmmm Haven't posted here in a while. Down to 273..lost one more pound.

Seven pounds down so far in 11 days, not at all bad here either. :p

(Jan 10lb, Feb 7lb (so far), 75 -17 = 58 lb left this year woot)

Thanks, My highest at 410 was back in Late Jan / Early Feb 07. So Feb07-Jan08 would have been about 65lb's. But that was only reducing portions, not actually increasing any excercise which I'm trying now :p

75lb min this year would be nice, but would like the entire 124lb more to be officially healthy :p
 
Good for you Steve. Glad to hear you're trying to increase your exercise. That'll definitely help you drop those lbs. Just start off slow and build from there. Before you know it you'll have those goals in sight.
 
Congrats everyone who has lost so far this month.... I was sick the 1st week of feb. ans lost 6 lbs....and then last week "TOM" was in town and gain a little back.:toetap05:
On top of that I havent been doing what i need to do to lose, so i'm back on track this week:hurray:!
I will weight-in next Friday!! Well hope everyones week is a good one!!

Hey amber hope you're feeling better now.

21lb's this year so far. Will try to make it 25lb's per two months, will make it about end of june to complete this (I hope lol) just ready for summer holidays :p

How's everyone else doing? Seems to be less posts in here recently, that a bad sign? :p

Great job Steve. You seem really focused so no doubt you'll reach your goals. I'm still going strong. Changing up my workouts a bit to incorporate more strength training while keeping up the cardio. I'll officially weigh-in tomorrow but I think I've met another milestone.

Amber, glad to hear you were able to get back on track. Hope you'll be pleased with your weigh-in this week.

I'm still here. Just been floating on the same weight for the most of the month and figured I didn't have much to add to the thread.
Though I do hope to be seeing some new numbers soon.
Especially as Spring gets closer and closer. Then I can get out and walk.
Keep up all the GREAT WORK EVERYONE!!!
 
Weighed in this morning and so far for this year I'm down 20.8 lbs, woo hoo!

Jan 1st - 160 lbs
Feb 22nd - 139.2 lbs

I've also met another milestone and have made it back into the 130's. That brings me single digits, 9lbs, away from my Weight Watcher's goal of 130. My personal goal is 125.

WOW... that is so great to hear!! everyone is doing such a great job!! keep it up!! I havent done that great this past week, i've been sick and eating more then normally, i have last this week but i stayed the same which is better then gaining!! Hope everyone has a great weekend!:waving:
