Hey All! Hope eveyone has been keeping up with their weight loss.

Here are my updated stats.

Present weight: 245
Goal Weight: 140

February 08: 245 lbs
March 08: 239 lbs
April 08

February is over!

I am finally having time to post my stats as of February. Sorry for the late post but I have been traveling alot for work and when I am not working I am focusing on my family and this amazing life changing journey I am on. I hope everyone is well and I hope 2008 is turning out to be a great year for you as it so far has been for me and family.

Start weight(January 1st, 2008)= 357
Current Weight= 315
Goal weight by January 1st, 2009= 280 (hopefully more)
Total Loss = 42

Febuary 1st= 327
March 1st= 315

Ok well I was doing good at first, I got down to 211....then i just fell off... So this month is a new month and my goal is to be down 10 lbs! We shall see what happens!! Wish me luck I need it..lol

well March sure came and went quick...I got off my daily routine with a nasty virus early on and it sure was easy to blow off the rest of the month with it. I was dreading weighing in but to my surprise I maintained exactly 37lbs lost :) That was a blessing...so I wont get too discouraged to continue on. Im off to exercise now...good luck everyone!!

YAY..you go girl!!! thats great that you maintained and not gain like did..lol..keep up the great work and have fun exercising!!

March 1st= 137.9 lbs. (-8.2 lbs)
April 1st= 129.2 (-8.7 lbs.)

Total lost in 2008 - 30.8 lbs.

Hi All! I weighed on March 1st but just now getting a chance to post. I am down a total of 49 so far. So close to the 50 pound mark. Everyone have a great month of April.

Hi Everyone,
I did'nt make my goal of 295,but I did lose 4 lbs in March,maybe April will be better--getting warmer out so it will be a good time to start walking or doing yard work!!!

March 1st-- 305 lbs (goal for March is 10 lbs.--295)
April 1st--301 (goal for April is 11 lbs.--290)

Since I'm starting two months late,I'll try for 75 pounds(230 by Jan.2009) but I think maybe 250 (lose of 55 lbs.) by Jan. is more real for only 10 months. We will so how things go.

Good Luck to everybody in April :grouphug: We can reach our goals together!!

Things here seem to have kick started back up. Must be the weather. I may very well meet my 2nd mini goal tomorrow morning. If I do that will put me at 45 pounds lost. It is amazing to even think that I actually was 45 pounds heavier than I am now.

Late jumping in, but if I want to reach my goal of 70lbs gone, it'll take 2lbs a week, starting now. Just joined WLF today.

Hope it's not toooo late to join cause it's never too late to stay losing LOL :)

I weigh in once a month, so this really sounds kinda perfect :)

March 20th-April 14th Goal: 247 Actual: 242 -15 from start! Goal completed!!
April 14-May 12th Goal: 233

since i see a doctor he sets my goals, so each month i'll update after weigh in!! :)

Goal weight by....... January 1st, 2009= 08st 7.0 lbs i.e. 119.0 pounds

NB - Since I am coming down from 294 where I was for twenty years (weight loss project started February 2007) there is some uncertainty as to what my eventual goal weight should be. I know that I am 5ft 3 ins with a small frame. This is my current "best guess" but it may need to be revisited when I see what I look like.

Looks like everyone (myself included) has forgotten about updating their loss. Im going to try to be better at staying updated. Been having a hard time keeping on track since march but thankfully I havent gained, just maintained. Over the last 3 weeks or so I started faithfully exercising M-F and have finally started dropping again. 7 more lbs gone and Im now down 44. woooohooooooo!!!! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!! persistence and patience will pay off. WE CAN DO THIS!!!!

Hi All! Because of life getting crazy I have not been around much in the last couple of months but the good news is I have maintained my loss of 54 pounds since I have been gone. Ready to get back to the grind and almost a week back into it big time I am seeing the scale move. Hope everyone is having positive results.

Thanks for bumping this post Scott :) 75lbs in 2008 I think is totally do-able for me. That comes out to an average of about 10lbs a month I'd need to lose so I'm in! I have a weightloss journal on my pc desktop so I still have my May and June weights so I'll start with those.

Highest weight known: 348
Total loss as of today: 20lbs (I'm at 328 today)
Goal for Jan. 1st: 260lbs or less :D
