Weight-Loss 75 Pounds in 2008

I have updated my scoresheet on page 2.
June was a pretty good month for weightloss for me. I lost more weight than I have managed for a few months and this deep into a long term project I dont think that I could realistically hope to lose more in a month.

I hope that everyone is having a successful project.

Start weight.......... January 1st, 2008= 12st 0.4 lbs i.e. 168.4 pounds
Goal weight by....... January 1st, 2009= 08st 7.0 lbs i.e. 119.0 pounds

NB - Since I am coming down from 294 where I was for twenty years (weight loss project started February 2007) there is some uncertainty as to what my eventual goal weight should be. I know that I am 5ft 3 ins with a small frame. This is my current "best guess" but it may need to be revisited when I see what I look like.

First time, in about 12 years that I see a 2 as the first number of my weight! Great feeling! Hope everyone had a great month!

Sorry, I havent had time to get on here to update. I'm going to update mine 2 days early. So I dont really well this month:) DOWN 17 LBS!!!

I worked hard all month - but had a few lapses with the cereal and was punished for this weakness. Under the circumstances - at least I maintained.

Weight loss is hard now that I am in the final stages of my project

August was a good month for me! I lost 7.2 lbs!!!
I was going for at least 10 but i'm still happy with what I did.
I'm planning on working out more and drinking more water and I think I will make it to my goal! I have 4 more months to reach my goal of 75. I think I can do this, which means I have only 28 lbs to lose!!! Which will put me at 165lbs....but then to get to my ultimate goal I would have to lose 43 lbs total, putting me at 80lbs total lost:)

So this month I lost 9lbs even! I'm so happy. I'm not so sure that I will make 75lbs lost for the month??? I would have 29 lbs to lose.... I'm going to try my hardest but if not I def. want to be at my goal of 150 by the end of March which is when I will be done with college....Congrats everyone for sticking with it;)
 
Been gone most of the year, but after 5 months of nothing I started to drop about 10 pounds a month. Today I'm at 213...3 pounds from 75 pounds for the year. Updated on page 2. Good luck everyone.
 
This years motivation sure fizzled out for me. Im not going to make excuses and just get back on it.
