Well didn't get to work out today, but tomorrow I am going to try to be on it. I won't be contagious anymore so it's back to my normal stufffff.

I have not forgotten about the challenge! I am so sorry! guess I really should be apologizing to myself and kicking my ass!!! I did work out Monday a little tiny bit but Tuesday I didn't do anything. I haven't been eating like I wanted to either well okay I have been eating more fruits and veggies but with the other stuff I have been eating isn't very good. I am here now and refocused. Seems you all are doing SO well! See if I don't come in I loose focus. If I do come in I am rearing to go..... all about the good vibes I guess!!

I'm going to be skipping out on my morning run... my husband was up all night and consequently so was I.. I'll still be getting some work out time in this afternoon. but runnning poops me out on a regular day, let alone one where I have no sleep backing me up, and i still have 14 hours before bed lol
If only I had Cirellas drive to work super hard on no sleep... but sadly I dont lol :biggrinjester: I NEED sleep to function at all....
 
Yeah.. I fit in a jean today.. I have never fitted in.. since my mother bought it for me from Hong Kong. Although it's really tight (actually still a bit too small).. at least I can close the zipper of the jean... YESH!~! feel skinnier already =D

:party: Wow doesn't this feel amazing?? I feel you I fit into some jeans I couldn't fit into and it was amazing.. I wanted to wear those shits all month.. I got so excited.. I feel you.. Keep it up girly and soon those jeans will be falling off...:party:

Aaawww lol, your a sweetie:)If i used being tired as an excuse I would never get anythign done and I have my days and weeks...

I wore myself out yesturday havent exercised yet even thou ive been home and up, i was wanting to go to boot camp tonight and run but i dont think my body could handle it, I dont feel like I could run 8 ks at the moment, LOL, i will make that call later on...hopefully i will get some exercise in later well I will more than likely.

Honestly Cassy it scares me how little I can function off of!!!It sure as hell cant be healthy
 
hello everyone^^ today has been pretty good!
i found these wraps... like tomato basil... and these guys have 12 g of fiber in them!!! 0___o but only 6 in the packet... i had to hide them in the fridge sooo no one else will touch my fiber >=D i also decided to try and download the jillian michaels 30 day shred... we shall see... michelley said she was using it... and i thought that could be my strength training =D fun fun fun... the reviews have said nice things about it.
 
Just checking in before taking my son to a paediatric speech therapist later today. it is going to be a loooong day and just need to keep my food on track and avoid stress eating this afternoon.

Hello all!! Well I used my cheat meal today bc I couldn't eat meat and didn't take my lunch we went to a local high school today and did drug screening that was exciting but I ate at Long John Silvers and I don't think its very healthy there I could have made better choices but didn't.. Anyways I'm not mad at myself bc I do allow one cheat meal and thats it.. Anyways I have 2 huge tests tomorrow and I have barely studied SOO I'm going to have my nose in the books all night and try my best tomorrow.. wish my luck bc I'm definitely gonna need it tomorrow!!
 
My cold is getting worse. I believe I have an ear infection now to top it all off. I would like to push through the sickness and just exercise my ass off... but my body needs time to heal. So I think I will take the point deduction for not getting 4 hours of exercise if I am not getting better by the end of the week. (which I am hoping I will, because my boyfriend started feeling better in 4 days, and I'm on day 2 now) I just have to make sure my calories are impeccable so I can still lose weight. I'm not bed ridden either... I'm just only doing daily physical NEEDS... and I'm not pushing myself into any real tough stuff.

I am really motivated, and I've been staying within my allotted calories, so at the end of the week I should have a nice loss. :D

Hope everyone else's week has been going pretty well. I know its cold and flu season, so I also hope people are in good health!

Hey guys WOOOHOO!!!! So I haven't worked out the past 2 days, cause I've been a lazy shit!! :banghead: ...not to mention we are moving my bf's stuff...so that takes time ....

...I've been doing a fast cleanse, with juices and shakes...not to lose weight,but to detoxify my body of the nasty toxins that I accumulated throughout all the junk I have ate, and especially cause I was following a LOW CARB, Atkins lifestyle for the past 3 months....

...I basically got SICK :puke: of food in general...and I now want to be a VEGETARIAN because of nasty facts that I read....I'm on DAY 10 and I want to do 30!!!...wish me luck....I've been strong...and HAVE NOT CHEATED YET!! ...;).

....can't wait to TASTE SUCCESS!!! :party:
 
Alright we are are day 3 and so far so good! Let's all keep up the good work and lose the weight! I think it's great as a challenge, I think it's much easier to lose weight in a group than by ourselves, much love yall
 
I have been busy working 12 -14 hrs. a day. Thats the norm. right now. Have not been doing the best with my eating, skipping two many meals. I need to cook some food, so I can have it on the go.

PS: I just had so much fun with the webcam camera on my laptop (actually my lil bro's one... I "borrowed" it =P), makes pictures faster than a camera.
You guys should try too.. Just wearing your favorite outfits. Makes tons of pictures in a minute.
It's not the best quality.... but if you make tons of pictures. There are more nice pictures with that, than a photocamera.. xDD

My calories have been good 3 days in a row, and day 4 is looking good. Its weird... but I have turned up ALL of my favorite foods in the past few days. Chips, french fries, and pizza!! But... its worth it. Because if I give up the bigger BAD stuff now, later on I will be able to eat the sort of Bad stuff. Its all about substitutions.

What a great kick off to week 1!!
 
hey everyone, I just registered today because although I have zero problem hitting the gym 5 days a week I have terrible self control and I thought maybe this could be a sort of support system where I can come on here and talk it out when I'm desperately craving junk food. It looks like a lot of people on here are having a lot of success and you should all be proud of yourselves :)
oh also this is in the challenge thread because I've already lost about 20 lbs and am looking for more motivation to keep it up.
