Weight-Loss 6 Week Continuation Support Thread!!!

It is 6:30 am Day 3, today i have class, i have been slack with my study and won't have time to get much of a workout but my goal is to keep food on track today.
 
Could we have a thread where everyone participating in the 6 week continuation challenge posts a link to their diary; that way it will make it easier for us to get there rather than search for it....

What do you all think?
 
I hope everyone is having a great day 2. Day 1 went well, and I'm hoping the rest of the days do as well. I have a hard time staying on track for a long time. But I am aiming for a pretty high goal for summer, so I better get a move on it.
 
Wooohooo!!! Food was good for day 1....no exercise :( was too busy.

Tonight I plan to really get my yoga in!!! :D!!! Food has been good!

Hope everyone is DOING AMAZING!! :party:!
 
a thread with all the diaries and nothing else or even just if someone wanted to be a trooper and link them all in one post would be FAB I admit to being horrible at all the navigating around and figuring out who is who and is why I just havent done it yet.

day 2 - bad bad bad for me tomorrow is back on track
 
Hello all!! Eating has been grea the past 2 days!! YAY!!! And I got 45 mins of tai chi today and about a 15 mins walk around campus today during a break.. So I have an hour down but I need more intensity! I need to get it going again.. After Thursday my life should get back to normal for at least 2 weeks.. lol Anyways looks like everyones doing good so far..

And a thread w the diary links would be very cool!! I LOVE the idea!!
 
Something I noticed on the spreadsheet people are posting the amount of water you drink on each individual day.. I'm pretty sure your only supposed to give yourself points there if you met the water consumption goal! But you better ask OLUX or RELLY about that first bc I could be wrong.. but the numbers aren't going to add up right..

Something I noticed on the spreadsheet people are posting the amount of water you drink on each individual day.. I'm pretty sure your only supposed to give yourself points there if you met the water consumption goal!

Ah ha! Thanks. I was wondering why I was getting so many more points than everyone else.
 
Well Everyone,

Ive had a much better day today...Food as been typical for me, I had some shreddies around 630am and then I had a nectarine around 4pm after I got up from my nap...I got 4 hrs sleep so that helped a bit.

I have done 60 mins Yoga at 3am (LOL)
30 mins of 10 min traininer
Yoga Flex (10mins)
Core Cardio (10mins)
Upper Body (10mins) One hell of a work out!!!

I will prob hop on the bike for 60 mins...looks like Im doing a hospital shift tonight *UGH*

Bright Side is I can sleep my shift:)

Im already down 5 lbs:)Got rid of the water - I guess all the water I drink comes in handy from time to time. Weight back to what I ended last challenge on!!!

In spite of all my eating yesturday my weight still turned out ok!!!

I'm very glad to hear you're feeling better. You get to sleep your shift? Any openings for that job? Where do I sign?!

Not hahahaha - Not typically but tonight im in hospital with one of your clients:( Cuz it is a hospital shift there is nothign for me to do, all my other jobs are at the house:) I can sleep with her and change her if needed and be there for here, Im gonna bring my book to read and be happy i have messengers on my phone and hope it works in her room.

I do usually catch abt a 90 min nap during dead time...(my down time)If caught I could be fired but after being up till all earlier hours of the night what do you expect ya know...If I lay down Im noddin off

Spreadsheets never have been my forte.

Anyway.... well it's been a great 2 days into the challenge so far for me..... food under control and exercise as toujours, so no complaints here ; and of course nice to see so many people popping in and out of journals, the enthusiasm is very infectious.
I'm sure we'll end up with some great results :)

Thanx Babe...Have I never mentioned what I do?Im a Residential Community Support Worker...I work in a group home for developelly mentally disabelled adults.In my house we have 3 non verbal individuals whom we do everything for but walk (one in wheel chair) and one higher functioning talking man...

So basically I run another house hold away from home, lol
