hey everyone^^
i think ive made my way to everyones diaries... (that have them)
soo now its time to start getting to know everyones names and more about them. =D
my day went really well... im back up to my 8 miles a day, and i ate really nicely today.
the only annoyance i had... was when i went to use my pilates dvd...
and realized someone had scratched it to bits... and i cant get it to play D:
oh well... im sleepy in the i worked hard sort of way =P such a nice feeling.

Did well on food, no excercise to speak of, getting back from my cold a bit and hoping back on band wagon tomorrow.

Just a question, are we using both threads to chat on now? Seems some are in one and some in the other? Dont want to miss anything exciting.

So we have this thread thats new for support/chat right and then food thread a picture thread and the google spread sheet----is there another I am missing?

How are the water intake points calculated? Given my size I think I have an unfair advantage. I drink like 4L per day or more. :eek:

How much do you normally drink...Why not make it between 3 - 4?Just a suggestion...

hahah, yeah all these threads I keep jumping around. But it's good it keeps everything nice and tidy.

Well Tuesday here hit the GYM from 11am-12:20pm, did 40mins Cardio, and 40mins Weights and machines.

After GYM was soooo glad to get home and eat breakfast! somewhat late at 1:30pm but ohwell had some bread with Bakebeans + some yogurt. Also drank a good 1.2L water during my workout.

Hope everyone is going well, hearing lots of positive things from everyone doing good!

I have had a good day so far

Food: Ok
Water: Ok
Gym: Intense leg day
Study: Nil :( i need to get of my ass and do some work lol
 
Even though I feel physically like crap, I didn't overstep my calories.

I ate one slice of pizza while I filled my antibiotic prescriptions and then half a sandwich and soup for dinner, plus tons of waterrrrrr.

My goal is to get back to exercising by Wednesday. Sick of this whole being sick thing!

Aww Radiant, my guess it is just that your body is not used to the change in lifestyle to lose weight, i know when i get started losing weight i sometimes feel a little sick/dizzy but then my body gets used to the amount of food allowed and all the working out etc.
I hope to hear you go GYM on Wednesday! NO MORE BEING SICK! Hope you get better quick though.

I don't think that's it...but something to think about. I've had off and on lifestyle changes over the last year. I actually caught the flu three weeks ago and I'm just still getting over that.

I had a CRAZY busy day today and food could have been more on a 'routine' type thing and of course a lot better choices, but hey, I didn't do bad or cheat! The main thing lacking was I needed more veggies than what I got today. Kinda hard to have veggies when yer on the go all day and mostly in the dang car..lol..

Hey all, just touching base, things going great, have to up my calories tomorrow as I am way down today, and that definitely does not promote weight loss! On track with exercise...all good!

Thanks to all those wonderful people who have stopped by my diary...life is very hectic at the moment, but I really want to be an active member of this challenge!
 
Well Im beign the downer and reporting a bad day.Not bad but im just off to a rough start adn even though I didnt eat any crap and such Im still gonna say i didnt make it in my eating challenge today...

I ate alot today, like what i would eat in two days:(

Am dealing with some emotional shit and ya...nough said...

Im glad to see so much positive energy and the diaries are having so much turn over they are making my head spin, LOL!!!

Im gonna start making my rounds...

got another day of running in... the 2 minutes running 3 minute cool down is getting easier every time, but it's still not as easy as i had assumed... I'm still having a hard time believing i can't run for more then 2 minutes straight at a time but trying to focus on my personal best... next week i will stive for an extra 30 second to a minute at a time... for anyone who's started running after a long time of doing nothing... how ling did it take you to pick up your speed/distance?
 
D: what a crazy morning... i know im and obsessive morning scale person... but guess what?!??!? yesterday morning i weighed 196... this morning... i weight 0__0 195 lowest ive been in months... ahhhhh... feels great... TOM is going away... sooo i think that had alot to do with the sudden change... but why couldnt TOM just given me my 205 yesteday D: sooo it would have 20 pounds lost exactly in 6 weeks. lol.... but i am not complaining yall! i feel great!!! =D but sleepy... stayed up till 1:20 am talking to my boyfriend.... and 12:20 his time... i called him at 8:00 this morning to make sure he was awake... but i dont think he is =T .... sooo school is now in session for him... and he stayed home sick yesterday... i seriously need to stop keeping him up soooo late. LOL.

im thinkin' its a happy day 2! =D


(woooh i said i was 206... haha totally wrong xD it was 196 ... im sooo used to be in the 200s X__x )

Ahh... my boyfriend is frying chicken now (for himself)..
I can totally smell the chickens fragrance coming up to me...
So that's why I dive in this forum here, to escape that I gonna eat it... and hello everyone.... =D
