Looks like everyone has struggled this week! It is to be expected though... life is always going to have struggles, and we need to learn how to make it through.

Hi everyone.

It sounds like it has been a rough week for many. I've had a bad cold/sinus thing going on. Will feel ok, then exhausted from overdoing.......but much to do.

Good luck on the weekend and enjoy it.
 
Well I have benn doing ok eating and exersice wise but not on the making time to update and check in ans show support like i should be :(.. My son thats 2 was very sick i got no sleep blah blah lol Anyway i will try to make time monday when kids are in school and its just me my 2 year old and my 2 month old oh and the lil 7 month girl i babysit lol...hugggs:hurray:
 
omgosh sooo i started crunching numbers today...
215(starting weight)-135(goal weight)=80(how many pounds i need to lose from start)
195(current weight)-135(goal weight)=60(how many pounds i need to lose from now)
sooo thats 20 pounds gone! 1/4 of my excess weight is GONE! thats quite a big change!
anyways... thats really motivating me to put in that extra bit of effort tonight =D
 
Hi everyone!! Well, my week one is coming to an end and I must say I think I have done all right this week but next week can always be better!! I hope everyone has a good weekend and stays strong~!!

Yes but weight doesnt matter:)I dont weight in till Tuesday...

Your doing great!! I wish I could lose 20lbs in 6 weeks!! That would really get me motivated!! But mine is moving slowly and it's my own fault but I'll get the hang of this sooner or later!! Keep up the good work!!

Re: the weigh-in I completely forgot to weigh myself this morning anyway so I'll do my end of week weigh-in tomorrow a.m. (Mon), if that's OK
 
Frickin' aye!! I know I shouldn't get all bent outta shape, but I haven't lost anything this week yet. Last week was only 1 lb. I am scared. =/

Gotta keep going though!! I just wish the scale would move with me.

Maybe try changing up your calories for a couple of days. If they are on the high side... reduce them to about 1200-1300 for a day or two, if they are low, try making them around 1800 or so. I find that changing things up helps it out. Or push your workouts to a new level high.

I'm not a professional or anything, but I've been told that changing up calories helps.

I did step up my workouts hoping that that would help me out this week but no dice. So I think i'll change up my calories and make them lower for a few days. Can't HURT anything, right? :D Thanks!
 
HI All,

Sorry I am not the biggest supporter, life kind of has me going in all sorts of directions.

I did great all week though as far as the challenge goes. I kept on track with calories, no binging no overeating, nothing. Exercised 6 days this week. I am confident I will have a really good number tomorrow morning's weigh in!!!.

I think I gonna weight late late in the night... After some walking through my house. xD
I have been very good on my diet till yesterday and today..... I could lose more than what I will lose now... I gonna weight myself after shower.... and tags every one pagies who I didn't... BE rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrright back.........

I went to a baby shower today so I was a bit out of my comfort zone with food... i have a bunch of ? marks in my food diary since i dont know exactly how much anything was... i could figure some of it out but I'm not worried about it, it was mostly fruit and veggies and some dip so it definately didnt kill me, other then that i had 1/4 tuna sandwich and egg salad sandwich and a piece of cake... I could count it as a cheat day in my plan but im fairly sure i didnt go over anyway... not counting what i had at the shower im at 1170 for the day which leaves plenty of room!
Still seriously hurting in the thighs from the jillian michaels dvd on friday... i'm really hoping it's not so painfull tomorrow so i will be more likely to do my morning run... if i hurt just as bad as i do now theres no way... my legs will need another days break...
 
Ow gosh.. I could have been 122 lbs in stead of 124 lbs... if I didn't overeat today...
I was 122 lbs this morning... Maybe I weight less tomorrow morning.. I will weigh myself again... and change my weight stats at the challenge sheets... if that's okay.. O.O"

But for dinner I had a steak, baked potato, 2 TBS. of sour cream, 2 TBS. of butter, B.B.Q. sauce. I don't want to think about the calories. I'm so mad at myself.
