Are we officially weighing in on Sun or Monday? I thought I read to have all info updated by sometime today.........just need to know what weight I should enter.
omgosh sooo i started crunching numbers today...
215(starting weight)-135(goal weight)=80(how many pounds i need to lose from start)
195(current weight)-135(goal weight)=60(how many pounds i need to lose from now)
sooo thats 20 pounds gone! 1/4 of my excess weight is GONE! thats quite a big change!
anyways... thats really motivating me to put in that extra bit of effort tonight =D
Frickin' aye!! I know I shouldn't get all bent outta shape, but I haven't lost anything this week yet. Last week was only 1 lb. I am scared. =/
Gotta keep going though!! I just wish the scale would move with me.
Had my first rough day today. We went to Claim Jumper & my family ordered a appitiser, that had really great things on it. I did not have anything. But for dinner I had a steak, baked potato, 2 TBS. of sour cream, 2 TBS. of butter, B.B.Q. sauce. I don't want to think about the calories. I'm so mad at myself.
