YAy! I challenge I know I can do. You guys remember that 4oz of orange juice is a 1 fruit so If you drank 1 cup there is already 3 fruits out the way. Good luck everyone!
 
Hi girls..

Has anyone of you tried the Sacred Heart Diet?
Some people recommend it, some people won't courage people to do it.
It sounds good to lose so much weight for one time experience, like skipping 10 lbs or something. I know it's better to lose slowly than this rapid.. But one times can't harm?
What do you guys think?

Hey everyone!!! I'm down 2 lbs this week! WOOOOOOOOO! let's get it moving!!

Relating to the juice talk, I have a new juicer! My mother gave it to me for Valentine's day and I just figured it out the other day! I juice just about anything I can fit in there! It is pretty awesome, and that is how I'm going to try to get my veggies in this week!
 
Now that I've cut out what I concider junk food (sugary things with no nutritional value, greasy cheesy foods) I'm getting somewhere again. The problem is that I'm not a picky eater but I'm sort of lazy when it comes to making food, don't know how to cook, and am gone all day and don't have time. So without the junk food I'm left struggling to make 1200 calories/day but still hitting the gym 5 days/week. However having to be constantly eating to try and get a decent coloric intake has helped a lot with cravings, which can be pretty severe sometimes. If anyone has any ideas of good snack foods I could bring with me to eat during the day that would be great. I need something that is very filling, easy to bring around (was concidering granola bars), doesn't really require preparation - for 200 calories or less. Like I said, I'm not picky, but I eat a very narrow variety of food so there may be plenty that fits this that I havn't thought of.

Also, awesome job to everyone who's living better for themselves! I hope you all are proud and encourage yourselves to do better instead of being hard on yourselves if you slip up :)

I dont think I will have any drama with this weeks mini challenge as I already eat so much veg.
4lbs loss for me last week,let's see if I can top that this week!
 
Lots of good losses this week! I lost 7.8 pounds! :D I don't expect that this week, but I'm going for a strong 4 pounds. Lots of snow outside by me, so I'll be doing some indoor workouts instead of the c25K that I wanted to start.

Hi Everyone

Just have a minute again..

Only been home from the dentist a short while..

I'm in soooooo much pain..My meds won't be ready until 8:30PM

They said nothing is wrong with that tooth or any other..
She said my compacted sinus cavity is the issue.
She said that will affect the nerves in healthy teeth and cause pain there and in the gums.

She has me on an antibiotic and vicodin.

I wish 8:30 would get here so hubby can pick it up!!!!!!

They want to see me back in 12 days to see if she was correct.

Gotta go...I have ta lie down.

WOW almost 8lbs in one week!! Especially since you were sick... Thats awesome!! I'm doing good if I can lose 2lbs a week.. lol CONGRATS!!

Hey great to see some good losses on the spreadsheet....this week has got off to a good start for me...day one of my 5th week of C25K yesterday, and that was great, today did 30 min on hills on elliptical and 45 min on bike on hills...burned just over 1000cal and ate 1350 cal today....on target so far!

Great job witht he running! I did the Couch to 5K a couple months ago and then competed in my first 5k. Nothing feels better than having a goal and accomplishing it!

Way to go on your workout!!!!

Today my plan is to go to the gym after school, get in a solid 2 hours of cardio and strength and see how that goes.

Hey there!! I managed to pull a pound out of my ass this week's weigh-in. :D

Hopefully switching things up a bit this week will give me some better results, like the good old days. lol.

Finally got a run in this morning now that i'm not huring so bad... this afternoon i'm going to try the jillian michaels dvd again assuming it probably wont leave me in such bad shape this time lol

Do you have to accomplish this each day/everyday to get the points OR do you get points for each day it IS accomplished?

Yesterday was messed up for me bc of the dental issues and I was on liquids all day..

?? Am I already out of luck re: this challenge?

Just checking in, i havn't posted much in the last couple of days, i have got to increase my workouts and intensity over the next 3 week.
 
im feeling very "grrrrrr" right now -____-"
my mom is taking us to join curves tomorrow...
and she told me i wasnt allowed to do my walking...
because she doesnt want me to overdo it... D:
its my body not hers....

and my dad was agreeing with me... but suddenly
he is siding with her... idk idk idk... i think i might
sneak it in... sooo an hour and a half for curves each week..
i am ticked!
have to sneak in workouts in the middle of the night >=D
if i do 90 minutes tonight i can manage 4 hours this week..
but idk idk ... hopefully i can prove to her that i can
handle cardio AND strength like a normal person

There is no reason why you cant walk and do curves...that is silly of your parents, if youa re already exercising as you are, no reason you cant just add curves...

Good luck with week 2 everyone. This week's biggest loser episode ended mysteriously... so I am challenging myself for next week to lose as much as possible. I don't think I can pull 10 pounds out of my ass LOL, but I am going to go for as high as I can!

Edit: I just worked my ass off doing Biggest Loser Yoga for weightloss, and I really worked hard... well, with the greasy food I ate today I ended up :puke: :puke::puke:. Yep. So now I am trying to lay on the couch and sip on some calorie free clear soda. Only healthy food for my belly from now on. lol. I'm going to take it easy for another half hour or so, and then a luke warm shower to cool me off, and then off to bed. Sleep is important to weight loss too!
