Relating to the juice talk, I have a new juicer! My mother gave it to me for Valentine's day and I just figured it out the other day! I juice just about anything I can fit in there! It is pretty awesome, and that is how I'm going to try to get my veggies in this week!
Lots of good losses this week! I lost 7.8 pounds! I don't expect that this week, but I'm going for a strong 4 pounds. Lots of snow outside by me, so I'll be doing some indoor workouts instead of the c25K that I wanted to start.

Hey great to see some good losses on the spreadsheet....this week has got off to a good start for me...day one of my 5th week of C25K yesterday, and that was great, today did 30 min on hills on elliptical and 45 min on bike on hills...burned just over 1000cal and ate 1350 cal today....on target so far!
