Hi all,

I was sure it went monday through to sunday because that is the way the spreadsheet is set up?? Maybe I am wrong...

And I made a mistake on the spreadsheet...posted points for the diary posting by mistake, have removed these points now...just don't have time to get round to all the diaries. :(

I dunno man, Im so confused LOL...I guess it wuold be Mon to Mon as we started mon...LOL

I'm very nervous bc I have had 3 horrible days for week 1..

(Not eating except for dinner and then no exercise.)

I had a sick day, family drama day, and today a tooth that should be fixed (root canal) has been hurting me so badly!
I have to call the dentist in the morning bc I should not be having an issue!!

As Charlie Brown would say, "Good Grief!"

I'm not giving up tho and I'm NOT throwing in the towel!
I hope week 2 will go more smoothly!

Hee hee, I'm pretty sure it is monday till sunday as that is seven days. If we go with the spreadsheet we should be right and all that ends on a Sunday :)

That's what I was thinking..

I already did my totals and cleared my food log so I could start new 'tomorrow.' (Bein' the start of week 2)

??

I'm confused now..

Shouldn't E1 weigh-in tomorrow?
 
I say that we should delete the names on the spreadsheet that hasn't posted any of their stats all week so it will free up some space. We could give them till like tuesday? Just in case they were out of town or something. But that way the spreadsheet won't be so long and we can all see who's really in this. Is that a bitchy move? What do yall think?

You dont need to clear as asecond week will be added.As far as I understnad Tru hasnt been able to get ownership of the spreadsheet yet.

You can weight in e
ither Mon or Tues it makes no diff and spread sheet will atuomaticly do the points anyway...

We will , no one who has entered anything all week will be deleted. Except those that I know are suck like deepgreen, i will give him this week as he is trying to recover from strep throat...

As I mentioned above I believe Tru is still waitign for ownership of the spreadsheet....

According to the Canadian Food Guide

From the ages 19 - 51

Female should have 7 -8 servings of Fruit/Veg a day

Males you should have 7 -8

We are going buy these reccemondations

Wow...5 fruits a day is a lot.. I don't even eat one....a day....
I hope this week I am doing a lot better than this week...

Cerella... maybe you got confused because you weight yourself on Tuesdays?

I weight and measure myself on Tuesday or Wednesday always.. So sometimes I get confused about my weight loss too... =P
(I weight myself every day.. morning and evening)

BTW: I think there should be more points added on the challenge sheet for writing everyone's diary in a week...
It's cost an HUGE amount of time to write every one's diary... How about at least 50 points? :sifone:

I'm doing the Richard Simmons Food Mover and my cals only allow 3 fruit windows and 5 veggie windows.
 
Grr....I've been having so much trouble with my computer. I'm probably not going to be able to post as much as I'd like...might have to drop out of the challenge. Well...not drop out, but I won't be able to post too much.

I weighed in this morning at 69.9 kg. Ate well today--5 mini meals. Lots of water. 2-hour power walks. A bit of strength training.
 
sorry, fell off face earth for the week. Bad news: Had a very rough week. Good News: it was 'only' a week and I am trying to start fresh today.

5 fruits a day I can do, one down 4 to go.

its 7-8 servings of fruit and/or vegetables combined. you dont have to eat 7 servings of fruit and then 7 servings of veggies :) theyre in the same food group.
 
I hope I can commit to this mini challenge!! I've been trying to increase fruits and veggies myself maybe this will make me do.. I hope so!! Well I lost 1.8 lbs this week!! YAY.. no inches but didn't get much exercise so I think that's why.. Anyways gotta go.. I have to go take another test!!

Yup plus look at serving sizes, like half a banana is 2 servings:)

Try subsituting a luch or a late night snack with a salad... your looking at about half a cup when it comes serving sizes for most veggies. for me by the time i have my lettuce and all the veggies in the bowl i have about 2 cups or more of veggies! in terms of calories you get a lot for a little and will probably help you keep calories down too!
 
This will be brutual for me, if anyone has been reading my food logs, LOL...Ive hardly had any veg or fruit this week...

Well my friends it is a challenge!!!
