Looks like day 3 on liquids/no exercise..

Tru said she made the second week and it was tabbed but I couldnt find it...I thought maybe I was the only one, HAHAHAHA...

I will pm her and ask abt it.
 
Stacy- I think it is 2 points for every day completed.

Problem with the spreadsheet: Its not set up like the last challenge, week two is on a tab down bottom. :D

Maybe your mom needs to be a little more educated? When you go to curves maybe ask a trainer if what you plan on doing for workouts would be overdoing it or not, then when they say "No, it would be perfectly fine," she'll realize it's ok. I dunno, it just an idea. :D
 
Thiss week I am focusing on Protein shakes - Smoothies and makin sure I take my vit sup on top of trying to eat more fruit and veg...Ya know since startign with the protein powder and making the smooties once - twice a day, im feeling better than I have in awhile:)

This is the first season I havent watched the biggest loser, didnt like it from the beginning...

That's great Cinderelly! Smoothies will up your fruit and veg intake too.

Curves/Angelica

Why do parents have to do that to us? My MIL also got bent out of shape because I told her I've lost 5 lbs since Feb 6th. That's when I started exercising and watching what I ate. She told me to ask my Dr. and I did; he told me I could safely lose 1.5 to 2 lbs a week. I agree with Cinderelly, there is no reason why you can't add Curves to what you are already doing, I think it's great your Mom wants you to exercise with her, and I understand her concern about you overdoing it, but you know your body best and will have a rest day when you need to. I tried to get my Mom to exercise, I taped a bunch of Sit and Be Fit episodes for her, and she just gave me this little smile as if to say "You don't really expect me to do that, do you?"

im feeling very "grrrrrr" right now -____-"
my mom is taking us to join curves tomorrow...
and she told me i wasnt allowed to do my walking...
because she doesnt want me to overdo it... D:
its my body not hers....

and my dad was agreeing with me... but suddenly
he is siding with her... idk idk idk... i think i might
sneak it in... sooo an hour and a half for curves each week..
i am ticked!
have to sneak in workouts in the middle of the night >=D
if i do 90 minutes tonight i can manage 4 hours this week..
but idk idk ... hopefully i can prove to her that i can
handle cardio AND strength like a normal person

Hi, I've been wondering if you only get half of your water in can you put one point or should you put zero in? I've been pretty good, but the first week I think I only got in all my water twice, then I missed once so far this week.

...only cos my computer is not being cooperative. I like the challenge! But checking in so often has been difficult. So I'm moved over to the March challenge. ;) Good luck to everyone still on this 6-wk challenge!

Oh good question...um, what I wanted it to be was if ya made your water for that whole day you got 2 points...see what everyone else is doing...

HI All,

I know I don't check in too often but I am doing great with the challenge. Half-way through the second week and i kept on with my exercises and did very good with food!!

We can all do this!! Just keep the goal in mind!!

hey all major set back but today was my last day on steroids HOORAY so I didnt do as bad on eating today though still zero points, tomorrow I am going to try and be reasonable and then I am working on a 2 week jump start back to bandwagon kick butt plan. Sorry I havent been around much life got away from me temporarily!
