Weight-Loss 6 Week Continuation Support Thread!!!

Aww it is sad to see people dropping out, but I do understand how hard it is to find the time to post everything....I simply have not made it to other peoples journals, by the time you post everything else there is no time to get to it....

well had a kick arse workout today...ony 30 min but boy oh boy I felt it...
Did a high intensity circuit, looked like this:

1.Stepper with arm weights
2.Stair running - 130 steps
3. Sprint training on bike - 5 sprint intervals
4. Stair running - 130 steps
5. Elliptical on hills for last 6 min

Feel great, good way to end the week!
 
Maybe I put to much of an edge on it, with all we have to post but my reasons for doing everything that i did was for the fact that it all goes hand in hand with loosing...

Im getting burnt out too but it isnt from the challenge...
 
I may not be around much in the next couple of days as i need to prepare the house and property for cyclone Hamish depending on what it does tonight. the road past our house is rather busy as they have evacuated the tourists and visitors from the island ofshore.
 
Hey tru, I hope Hamish doesnt cause too much damage over there, we have a property over there, keeping a close eye on what Hamish does!
Well Week 2 is coming to a close here for me. Not expecting to see too much on a shift in weight but I am hoping to lose a few cms. Hope everyone is staying strong.

Tru-I will keep you and your family in my thoughts.

I tried upping my calories slightly yesterday, and I just gained weight today. UGH. I think I have the dreaded second week syndrome. So, today I am going to make the majority of my food raw fruits and veggies. I don't expect to see a loss this week.

Hope everyone one else's week went better than mine! lol.
 
Well im feelin a bit defeated lately...Ive had a rough week, I had two bad meals and they seem to have just thrown my body off, Ive been sick and had a sleepless week and havent had nearly as much exercise as normal even though Im over my 4 hrs...

Im not gonna go into detail in here but my shin splints are back and I think it could be for many diff reasons...

On Friday I didnt get in my 7 -8 pr saturday so I missed out on the challenge points, Well Fri might have been ok but Sat wasnt kinda sucks as I was doing so good in that department...

Ah well...

For me I need 26 grams a day...

CHALLENGE to get in your DAILY AMOUNT of RECOMMENDED FIBER...

Tru added a weight loss chart and a progress chart for us to see track progress it is really cool:)
 
Dont worry Cerella were both in a crappy boat together... my weight hasnt budged in a week except for my normal up ward fluctuations... i'm really hoping for a better week this week...

I haven't lost weight this week. And with all the good intentions I had today, I haven't exercised. No matter- I still have a couple hours left to get it in. Next week will be much much better. Good Luck everyone!

ha that happens to me a lot... and i always get the message that i have to spread the rep around lol it usually goes to the same people because the only time i spend on here any more is within the challanges... But yes we will definately do it together! yay for team work! :grouphug:
I dont have cheat meals i just pick here and there... and its nothing i can really count cuz like how you you count a pinky dab of icing lol... i dont think it adds up to too much and it doesnt kill my calorie limit but it just leaves me feeling out of control and like a failure almost... I think at this point i just need to throw away all options, it's not like i have the abilty to go out and buy something so if its not here I cant have it... first to go are those damn icing containers!

HEY! My Birthday is comming too! Maybe a good eating plan and goal would make a great gift to yourself! what better gift to give yourself then a healthier body?
I really hope we can all collect our get up and go!there just doesnt seem to be as much drive and determination as the first go round...

I hope everyone is doing ok this week, but no worries because there is always next week. I did some heavy duty yard today and man am I sore. I hope my freaking back feels good in the morn because I got some more to do out there. I need to get it all done while i have some days off and the weather is nice out.

Also my prayers will be with ya Trusylver
 
Come on everybody, we can do this !!!

i will try to get into the gym tonight depending on the weather and what the current cyclone warning is later. it is wet and windy at the moment but not real bad. with a bit of luck it won't cross the coast but these things are a bit unpredictable.
