just thought i would post an official farewell to everyone in the challenge...
its not because im giving up or anything... LOL, i just wont have access to the
internet for the next month =T

dont worry though^^ i am going to stick with it... and hopefully kick my little
195-192 fluctuation... D: and be in the 180s!!!! =D or maybe even 170s >=D
haha high hopes...

good luck everyone! i cant wait to see how everyone does and how much

I am doing well with this week's mini challenge as well!!!
I am a vegetarian!!! :smilielol5:

Had a great work-out today and kept within my calories!! It really is motivating to feel great!!

Believe me it is all worth it at the end!

I am not doing well with the mini challenge this week, but I'm not worried about it because I'm eating within my calories, and I'm getting my exercise mojo back from being sick last week and lazy the weeks before. lol.

Hope everyone is doing well in Week 2!!
 
I had a great ME bench day today, my intensity was good with several singles at 90 kg followed by 6 sets of 3 at 80 kg. followed up with dropsets for DB bench and seated rows and finished off with some isolation work for Erector Spinae, Trapezius, triceps, biceps realy got the heart rate up :sifone:

so far this week eating has been good but i need to change things a bit next week.

i hope everybody is killing it in week 2.

Well guys things have been a bit rough this week for me.. it was midterm week and finals for some of my classes.. so I let stress get to me but today was good :) I got back on track and plan to do the same tomoro I want to get some exercise but I'm sick right now SO congested.. I can't stop coughing and my nose is raw.. :( But I got some sinus meds tonight so I hope that clears it up.. but I'm definitely gonna try to get some exercise in this weekend even if I just go for a walk.. but anyways I'm out need to get to bed...
 
Ive been doing good, had a bad indulging day today though however...no points for me...I ate TWO yes TWO king size chocolate bars, LOL and a bunch of licorice.

However I did go to my clinic walk adn we walked for 70 mins and did 7 ks in that time, so Im feeling that and proud of it:D

HAHAHAHAH share you! *drool* lol.... Very well done doing that 7k walk. My feet just kill doing that much. A nice 20-40mins walking is good for me, LOL.
So yeah you should be PROUD! :)

Sad to hear people are dropping out, but ohwell goodluck to you guys! Guess it will be more easier to keep track of everyones progression that way! :grouphug:

Thanx, I am training for a 10 k in April.The Sun Run:DSo if we did 7 k in 70 mins at our walking pace and it can be maintained i can finish that race with good time...
 
And ya it sucks abt how many ppl have dropped out but typically that happens in the beginning of challenges as well.Makes it nice that this is a team challenge...

It is a bit discouraging but hey we are all here still doing this...
 
Sigh... I'm exhausted, stressed out, my throat hurts and I have a wisdom tooth causing problems... I'ts everything I can do to not let it become an excuse to slack off... I did run this morning but yesterday did just about nothing outside of walking my daughter to school because I let deadbeat parent/neighbours get to me. I'm trying really hard to focus my attention away from my surroudings and stressors. it's making me slip a little... ive been feeling tired all the time, have even found my baby finger dipped in the left over can of icing a few times and I find myself constantly thinking about something delicious i could enjoy. I don't like complaining but i've been trying to ignor it and push on for a while and it's not going away. coincidently anytime i post anything on the forum i seem to be perfect the next day so heres to hoping lol

Well things are still going well for me....I didn't want to get up yesterday morning at 6am to go for my jog (it was Friday) as it has been a heck of a week and I am buggered...but made myself jump out of bed in the dark and off I went, managed to finish week 5 of the C25K and did my 20min non stop run....wooohoooo too good! Now just need to get 20min exercise in to reach my four hours, but will probably do a little more.

I'm so over making excuses about why exercise and eating well are impossible in my hectic life....and now I am over that, I seem to be making good progress, unless I am sick I am committed to putting myself first, my health is important!

Lost 1 more lb so far this week...I sneak on the scales daily as that works to keep me motivated...hee hee
 
Well slipped up tonight but I knew I was going to so I have been good all week, knowing I was going to slip. I havent noticed much shift in weight this week, but I have been doing a fair amount of strength training this week so may have a little to with it! Hope all is good!!
 
I'm so sorry guys....I sucked this time around and I'm not going to be in the challenge...:( I've been having issues with posting and not getting my exercise and my points...and I just wanted to be part of the next one next time around! :grouphug:!
 
HI All,

sorry to see so many of you dropping out. Good luck to you!!!

I am doing well. Just came back from my 3.5 mile run in the park, it was beautiful outside, sunny and relatively warm, I ended up taking my long sleeve off for the run.
Still keeping track on food, I even cooked for the family today, fried dough, cranberry-orange bread, turnip casserole..etc. and I haven't eaten any of the "bad for me" foods!! :hurray:

My weight was pretty much the same the whole week, I am not sure why, but no loss. hmm don't know what to think of that. I exercised between 45-60 minutes every day except Wendesday and eating 1300 calories and still no loss. Well, still two more days left for weigh-in, let's hope for the best!!

Hey everybody! Well I just got done with my workout and I'm glad it's over. I was so freaking tired today! Does anyone else have trouble sleeping? Well good luck to everybody on a big saturday!
