Well it's Tuesday evening here in Australia and that's day four of the challenge, I have max points so far just half an hour left of exercise for today

Its Tuesday morning here in England.

I'll get out walking soon - so I'll get the first hour of exercise done for the challenge... Its very cold and we have a little snow... even if I were to chicken out of the walking - I have three salsa classes tonight so I know that there will be no problem regarding getting that exercise done...

I love walking and it is brilliant exercise... it was the main exercise that I did in my big project... Too many people think that it doesnt count when it most definitely does count...
 
It was 37 here today which is hot, I just finished my last half and hour of my exercise so full points for me, glad everyone is doing well. I wish it was snowing here

It is pretty early Tuesday morning here (about 5:50 AM) and I just got back from my first 30 min of exercise for the day. I am really proud of myself...not only did I wake up at 5 am (lol! I thought of all of my teammates as motivation!) but I started to incorporate some jogging! As I expected, I could only go in two minute spurts, but I included a whole bunch of them in my 30 minutes. It felt really great to jog again, just have to work on building up my endurance now. It also seemed to irritate my cough which is why I held myself to 30 min. I will do my other 30 minutes this evening after work, and indoors.

I suspect it will be easier for me in the early mornings as the sun rises earlier. It was pitch dark out and freezing this morning, which was not very inspiring!

Other than that I am starting on my water for the day. Can't wait for work to be over today, that's for sure.

Camila, same here. It's been spitting snow since yesterday and it's late March? Either the weather is confused or my calendar is. But hopefully this means the summer won't be as miserable as it was last year (it gets both humid and hot here during the summer).

And good going on your early start this morning :hurray:
 
Thanks, Belinda! It is supposed to get I to the low 50s here over the weekend...I am really looking forward to that!

All done with my water :) All I have left is my last 30 min of exercise!
 
It is cold here... We have been having a little bit of snow every day - but nothing is currently lying - for the last couple of weeks it has just melted the same day and disappeared...

I went out walking and did more than enough for the challenge exercise points (pedometer is currently on 17,874 steps for the day so far)... I have had one litre and have started the next... I know that I will have at least a litre of water while I am at salsa tonight - so am on target for the points...

Camila - I never feel like exercise at 5am... Well done for being so disciplined.
 
Had a fab today as I hit my first mini goal of 90kg! Over da moon!!

Had 4l of water today and feeling gooooood!

Ha, Omega, I don't know that I *feel* like exercising when the alarm goes off, but I sure am happy after I am finished!

I finished my exercise and water. Max points!
 
Wow! It's so encouraging to see how well everyone on our team is doing!

I got my hour of exercise done really early today but I'm just now finished with the water. I need to get back on the bike before the day is over (I've been trying to do at least 1 1/2 hours), but I'm waiting for the Loctite on one of the pedals to dry (the pedal came off the other night :/ grr).

Another day of maxed points :D
 
Great job, Belinda! I agree, it is so encouraging to see how well we are doing as a team! Makes me motivated to keep going!

I see so many maximum points it is silly. We are all working hard together.

Its Wednesday morning here...
As mentioned we were out at salsa last night - and I had my normal amount of water there...
This means that I had my 3 litres of water again on Tuesday and did even more exercise... another 2.5 hours of salsa dancing...

My pedometer step count actually got up to 33,760 by the end of the day...

So I have maximum exercise and water points for the challenge thus far.

LOL Exercise is so much easier for me than drinking the quantities of water... I can do it - but the last half litre is often a bit of a struggle - especially on days with no zumba... LOL I wish I could let Mands have my last half litre of water (she drinks so much)... I could do her hour of exercise in a heartbeat...

I will do an hour of zumba tonight - but will do some exercise this morning to get our challenge exercise done... I have started on my first litre of water...

Hey guys
Sorry i didnt reply yesterday,I worked 12 hours yesterday and even though I didnt "exercise" I felt like i ran a marathon,and with only one litre of water,,just didnt have time to drink it.and its going to be the same today..I will try my hardest guys ,But I cant make any promises..So sorry to disappoint you guys
 
Don't worry, Christine! You have no disappointed us at all. We are not always all going to be able to get all of the points! Life gets in the way sometimes!

I woke up at 5 again, but was having serious sinus issues so I didn't go for a jog. But it works out okay, because I have tons of time tonight to workout. Water will also be interesting today...I have back to back long meetings for a good part of the day so like my exercise I may have to hold off on lots of water til I get home tonight.

I am kind of bummed but I have a bad feeling about weight this week. I have a feeling that I will be up. TOM is right around the corner. Blah.
