Hows everyone doing?..I got my 3litres and a bit in..half hour power walking and half hour of lunges,squats and boxing.
Great job, Brad & Omega. Noo...I wish it were sunny and hot here!
It is pretty early Tuesday morning here (about 5:50 AM) and I just got back from my first 30 min of exercise for the day. I am really proud of myself...not only did I wake up at 5 am (lol! I thought of all of my teammates as motivation!) but I started to incorporate some jogging! As I expected, I could only go in two minute spurts, but I included a whole bunch of them in my 30 minutes. It felt really great to jog again, just have to work on building up my endurance now. It also seemed to irritate my cough which is why I held myself to 30 min. I will do my other 30 minutes this evening after work, and indoors.
I suspect it will be easier for me in the early mornings as the sun rises earlier. It was pitch dark out and freezing this morning, which was not very inspiring!
Other than that I am starting on my water for the day. Can't wait for work to be over today, that's for sure.
