I'm up earlier than usual for a weekend (I typically sleep in until 10ish) so I'll be spreading the water out today. But I didn't sleep too well last night. I've somehow strained the muscles around my neck/right shoulder and tossed and turned last night trying to get comfortable. It makes no sense because I don't do any weights at this time. So I'm going to eat breakfast and then hop on the bike to get my exercise points and hopefully I'll be good and exhausted tonight :D

P.S. I have a really good feeling that we're going to great as a team. Seeing you guys trying hard makes me (and hopefully everyone on our team) try hard as well. I'm really liking that this is a team effort--I feel motivated not to let my team down. We will live up to our team name and succeed.

Yay great job everyone! I just woke up and am starting on my first L of water. Unfortunately I seem to be feeling a little worst today...coughing more and still congested. I'm hoping it is just a morning thing and will wear off. Today is sort of gloomy here but I still want to go out and get some exercise in. Otherwise, I will do an hour with the TV program I have.

Camila - sorry to hear that the symptoms are worse. Maybe sucking s/f sweets would help your throat without too big a calorie impact... Also an occasional spoon of honey could ease your throat and be a natural aid... I would certainly be taking paracetemol too...

I must admit that I do not often get hit with such things... I do however take a major cocktail of supplements which I think might help... In addition to my Centrum performance multivitamin I take Omega-3 fish oils, garlic oil, 1000mg vitamin C, zinc and sunflower oil... I am convinced that the combination helps against colds etc... If I do feel myself having acquired some form of cold germs I take echinacea too in order to try to minimise things...

I certainly hope that your Sunday improves...

Belinda - sorry to hear that you had a bad night. I hope that today's exercise wears you out so that you get a great night's sleep tonight... I hope that your shoulder improves... I sometimes get a bit of bother with mine and it is no fun!

I also think that this team is going to stun the others with our success! Our success! at earning points and our success! at making our weight loss dreams come true.
 
Got my 2 points of exercise on the bike again today. But I burned slightly more calories so my performance is improving :)

I also have my 2 exercise points for today. It is bitterly cold here so we have decided not to go out... I have more exercise still to do - but have been on the treadmill and done 4 miles at 4mph so did a full hour... That is enough for the exercise points done.

I am now up to 2 litres for my water drinking... There is just one more litre for me to claim maximum points again today. I'll let you know when I get there...
 
Great work Belinda and Omega! And thank you Omega. I am a bit surprised too because I rarely get sick like this! It's ticking me off at this point! But I feel a bit better after drinking me green super juice! Hopefully that lasts!

So far 1 L of water. Going to exercise a bit later...and keep pounding back water!
 
Thanks!! I am feeling pretty good now. I am going to do my cardio workout today while watching basketball. I love March Madness!!

I also love the feeling of having all of my meals set for the week coming up! :) Takes the stress of planning out of my days!

Can I just say I am so happy that I got put on this team! I am so impressed with everyone so far. We really are Team Success!
 
2 L down, one more to go. I'll have this water spanked in the next hour and max points logged for the day.

Edit: Got in that last liter. Maxed points for today :D

Wooo awesome job Belinda!!

Exercise done for me too! I am so thankful for this competition...otherwise I definitely would not have exercised. I actually went out and walked again...but this time focused on getting my heart rate up...my pace was way faster than yesterday! I did 2.5 miles in 45 minutes. My overall goal is to get back to jogging again so this was definitely great. And the other 15 min was cardio with a TV video. I'm coughing a bit more now but still glad I went out and did it!

One more L to go for me as well. Woohoo!! :cheers2:
