I think that I like SUCCESS! best of the two options so far...

I'm still trying to think up more things for us...
 
I drank 1 litre of water during zumba.

I am in the middle of my second litre of water now. It is flavoured - but there is no sugar in it.
It will be quite a struggle for me to have 3 litres today... I normally manage 2.5 litres as that is sufficient for my calculated allocation (1 ounce per 2 pounds of weight)... I will certainly try my best to have 3 litres...

I hope that everyone is remembering to do their 1 hour of exercise and drink 3 litres of water... I normally manage to do most things - but sometimes slip up when I simply forget to do something...
 
Great job Omega!! That's so awesome that you got to work out for a little longer!

Woooo I just went on the best walk of my life. It was more of a walk/hike hybrid as there was some rough terrain out there (ice, snow). It is 33 degrees F out right now but the sun is out so it was pretty comfortable with just a sweatshirt and long pants. I took a beautiful scenic route along the lake and turned my pedometer on.

I walked 4.117 miles in 1 hr 23 min and burned 383.3 calories. I got home and was almost to 10,000 steps so I kept walking briskly til I got to exactly 10,000. I was coughing a bit along the way and a bit short of breath. This darn thing, whatever it is, won't completely go away. But anyways, exercise done! Though I may try to do some yoga later just for fun.

I also drank a big bottle of water along my walk. Now I am starving so I think I will have some eggs and fruit :) All in all today feels great!!!

Woohooo Team 2 (Success?!) Rocks!

I got in my one hour on the stationary bike and burned 1189 calories (soooo close to 1200). My husband is taking his turn, so it's awesome to be doing this not only with you guys, but him as well. Motivation close to home.

And I've also drank 60 oz of water so far this morning 1.773 L down, just 1.227 L left!
 
Same here, I like "Success".

Did my weigh-in this morning, now it's time to get down to business :D

EDIT: I was reading over the challenge post again and it looks like we can get up to 5 points/day (1 hour of exercise for 2 points, and 3 L of water for 3 points). It doesn't go any higher than that right now? And when/where do we post the before/after pictures?

No, it doesn't go any higher right now. Next week the mini-challenge will give additional points though. And the before/after pictures go into the team threads of your team, at any point between the 29th of June and the 6th of July.

Hey teammates,Its great to have you all .We are going to kick Butt.Im so glad its done by percentages..That way we dont feel like we are letting down our teammates..or ourselves.As for a name..I dont know why but FAB FIVE..came to mind..lol. anyway just got off work and starting my litre of water.talk to everyone soon

The only problem is that there are six of us now. People often get drafted in as new people join the challenge and Mands has been allocated to our team. This is brilliant news as Mands is doing really well. She will get tons of points for our team.
 
Hey team mates!! Another vote for Team SUCCESS!! Had my 2l of water already - 1l to go!! We are gonna kick butt!!
 
I'm done for the day and it's only 3 PM here. Did 30 more minutes on the bike even though we can only do a max of 1 hour/day for points. And I just finished off 3.5L of water.

So I've gotten my max 5 points for today :D
