Well done
Belinda - you did better than me!!!
I had a pretty busy day on Saturday.
We were up and our first appointment was our private salsa lesson at 9am which was over an hour long (our teacher is so sweet and often gives us a bit extra time) - then there was over an hour of zumba at 11am after that (same sweet teacher)... Anyway - the afternoon was pretty rushed as we had things to do and our evening out was suddenly brought forward to about 5pm so the men could watch the football game on TV (NUFC lost 6:0). We were out until late...
Anyway - I managed to have my water ok and didnt microwave anything all day (only had fruit and yoghurt meals at home as we ate in a restaurant for our main meal).
It was however this morning before I realised that I had never got around to doing the jumping jacks... It was just like I predicted when the jumping jacks were first announced... My biggest problem is going to be remembering to do them... My brain is seriously forgetting to do things these days that are outside my normal pattern... I am putting it down to being 53!!!
Its such a shame that you didnt post a few hours earlier that you had done them as I checked the forum before I went to bed and would have done them if I had remembered... Our time zones are all different here and you posted at 2:25am here which is after I went to bed even though I was up late...
The good news is that I remembered not to weigh myself today as I got dressed.
In all honesty - my weight could well be up a bit from last night's meal out.
I chose pretty wisely - it was an Indian restaurant... Everyone ordered popadoms for the table - and there ended up being 2 popadoms each ordered - but I had about a quarter of one - so not much really...
Then for my main course I had tandoori chicken with salad and plain boiled rice and two chapatis...
While I would have been better off without the rice and chapatis - I at least opted for the healthiest option regarding rice and breads... I am pretty certain that I chose a lower calorie meal than anyone else at our table...
