The new exercise for today should be easy. I haven't used up "salsa" yet and have another two salsa classes on a Thursday night... Salsa can go down as my exercise for today. :)
 
I just finished my water, which it's pretty early compared to when I'm usually done. 30 minutes of exercise done, and I'll be tackling the other half soon. I ate eggs again and the same acai drink from before (it's pretty good) for my organic points. I guess I'll claim the bike as my exercise for today--I really don't want to, but today is my husband's late day and I have to watch my 4-year-old and dog and make sure they don't get into too much trouble. I'll have to find something else to do tomorrow, I kind of ran out of ideas :(

Edit: Just did my other 30 mins of exercise. Full points again today.

I'm still working on my 3rd litre of water. The rest of my points are secured...
 
All points today!

My unique exercise was actually a jump rope class. Super fun and quite a workout!

My organics were...apples, kale, celery, blueberries, lemon, etc..

SATURDAY..
new exercise = semba - did an hour long class - and got a friend to show me the basics before the class
did loads of exercise - 1hr salsa class, 1 hr zumba, some outdoor walking plus some social salsa dancing, 32,630 steps

a quiet exercise day with nothing but outdoor walking 15,557 steps

new exercise = aerobics - did an hour long class

I've tied up my unique exercise for today.

I have done two classes today - and I havent done either this week.
I did 1 hour of "yogalates" - a mixture of yoga and pilates.
I also did 1 hour of "fitness allsorts"
 
I'm out of ideas for today. I may talk my husband into going to the wellness center for some racquetball or basketball as my last exercise for the week if we don't have plans for tonight.

I already got the organic points--another Sambazon organic drink (I think I'll keep drinking this even after the challenge is over :D ).
 
New mini challenge for next week, starting Saturday:

Diet Challenge: 2 Points for every day where no junk food at all is consumed. By junk food I'm talking candy, potato chips, cakes, ice cream, etc. Also, 2 points daily for NOT adding any additional salt to your meals. I still cave into my cravings for sweets from time to time and I do love adding salt to my meals so this will be a challenge for me. It may be a lay up for the rest of you.

Exercise Challenge: I *think" it should be nice enough for everyone to get outside now so hopefully this one will be a fair one. 2 points a day for a half hour's worth of exercise (walking, jogging, swimming, yard work, etc) outside. Getting out and about in the fresh air and sun can be a great moral booster. I hope this one will be doable.
 
Belinda - you say that you are stuck for ideas if your husband is not into the idea of exercise and you are stuck in - you could always do a heap of stuff at home... There are all sorts of things like lunges, squats, skipping, burpees, yoga, pilates etc... With luck you will get to do something you would enjoy better - but if not there is the old faithful stuff to fall back on...

I had my organic salad snack so I'm sorted too...

So far I have had 2.5 litres of water so I do not anticipate any problems with the water either.
 
My MiL agreed to watch our daughter. I think we're going to play racquetball, Chris seemed really into that idea and while looking up the rules online, I do believe it'll give me the intensity I'm looking for in an exercise.
 
I'm claiming that as my last exercise for this challenge. It was quite fun although we didn't play by the rules. My arm is so weak after an hour of that.

Also, I had to ask San how we calculate percentages after a gain. We're supposed to go off our lowest weight that way we're calculating our long-term percentage correctly.

I've weighed in for today and my weight is slightly down on last week - but in all honesty is hardly any lower than at the start of the challenge...

10st 13.6 i.e. 153.6 pounds...

I am eating in a controlled way and exercising like a demon... The only thing that I can think is that I have been making some muscle... Two different people that see me all the time (at zumba) said on Wednesday that I am looking a lot thinner... I am hoping that this is the case... Our zumba instructor is also a personal trainer so he makes sure we hit our arm and leg muscles in among all the cardio...
 
Sorry did not post yesterday, but got all of my pts. Organic: everything...apples, kale, lemon, grapes, etc... and my exercise was a medicine ball series which was pretty fun.

Lost a total of 3lbs this week. 151-148 which is great, I think! Will update my pts today in awhile!
 
I dont know how I did it, but I lost 4.5lbs this week WHOO-HOO
I do have a feeling it will be coming back,but for now it feels awesome.I bought a pair of size 10 pants,petrified to try them on.But when I did they were loose.So happy right now.I havent had a chance to see how everyone has done..But I am sure its awesome too.
