Hi guys, hope everyone is having a wonderful day.
Well I did 1.5hours of exercise, I know that only 1hr counts, but the other 30mins was because I only did 30 mins yesterday. I know it doesn't count retroactively, but I did it for myself.
I am under my caloric intake for the day. (thank you 1.5hours of exercise)
but I am over my sodium by almost 900mg
. You win some you lose some, but Sunday is my day of Cheat Eat, so I was going to have my coleslaw and potato salad and steamed crawfish with plaintains.
I know it seems excessive, but I have found out that if I incorporate one cheat day in the week, I tend to stick with it longer, I look forward to that day and that meal.
But I still was under my goal, so I don't feel that bad, I just know the scale is going to be merciless tomorrow due to the sodium, so I am expecting it.
Ah well, everyone, until tomorrow, remember no one remembers who comes second or third, but THEY DO REMEMBER WHO BROUGHT HOME THE GOLD!!!
