There is an argument that says that after a certain number of "no show" weeks - challenge players should be deemed to have resigned from the challenge...
As far as those no shows go...I am ok with 'booting' anyone that has not checked in after a month. I think thats being really generous. Its too bad...but it happens every time! I've always said 1/2 the battle of winning a challenge is staying in it.

So - I have a few questions...
Looking at this - what if you are a veteran of challenges and have tried pretty much every fruit and veg you can think of?
...
what about people that do not drive or cycle anywhere? - I walk... I do not cycle... I do not drive...
Can I for instance hit a daily step count on two days and if so - how many steps... I wear a pedometer every day.
If alternatives are not available - my team will be penalised for me having already adopted healthy habits.
My office is 27.4 miles away one way, The nearest store that I go to is 7.1 miles away from the house one way, and there are no sidewalks in the crap hole town I live in. I walk miles every day at work so you can give me a ruling on that Steve. I was a vegetarian for years so it will be a challenge to find something new to try, but luckily I'll be going to Austin where there will be a good selection.

eek, that's a lot of fruit and veg Omega! But yes that sounds fair enough, If you've never had it in the last 2 years that's fine! Didn't want to post a list as such just because of people living in different areas/climates you never know what's readily available to everyone
In terms of the walking one I'll try to work out a figure, as I honestly have no idea on an average step per day anyway ;(
