JSPalmer and Anna updated. Still a few no shows though, not sure if anyone knows if they're still going on, or if they're just late etc?

MrXian/Unstopable/Monster/Jericho nothing.
Xenon did lbs, but nothing for chal/ex.

Few stats for people:

Total loss in Jan for all teams: 97.4 lbs (Just under 7 stone, or 44kg)
Total excercise: 155~ hours excercise
Total Water: 175~ litres.

I know for a fact that Xenon chatted to me about having had an awesome day for exercise during the week. She was also making deals with fellow team members to get more points so I am positive that she has some points to report.
 
Hey guys, we have a member wanting to join....what do you think?? Should we put them in with team victory since we have a few people not checking in??
 
Looks like SAN was this weeks BL...so I'll email her and let her know we need a challenge idea...if she does not get back to me sometime today or tommorrow, I'll have to come up with one.
 
I would think they would start now, but if they knew what their previous weight was that ok to add it....I'll notify her "Mands" that its ok to join Victory.
 
I thought that Mands may be interested... I was chatting to her about challenges.

Mands is on Cohen's so may be on a more restrictive diet than some of our players...

It may mean that she can sail through some of the mini challenges scooping max points while there may be others that conflict with the instructions of the Cohen's program... I know that she is very motivated and should be a valuable member of team Victory.
 
I'm here....sorry about being mia yet again. Fell down a flight of stairs yesterday while carrying a wardrobe, so I am nursing a few bruises and a very sore back. Ugh!

Anyway....mini challenge....

How about.....

'Include at least two portions of fruit and two portions of vegetables into your daily diet.'

Does that sound okay, or does it need more clarification?
 
Forgot to mention points - 1 point per day. No half points or anything like that! *lol*
