Good to see you down, slow progress is much better than no progress!
I got a haircut. They have big mirrors at the barber shop. It was so depressing. My boobs are sagging. I'm hunched over and I look like a walrus. If I were English, my chin would be a double decker bus. LOL. Gotta maybe change up my exercise routine and I'm going to switch over to what sis is doing for weight loss. She's down to 235 now.
We are our own worst critics when it comes to appearance. I am sure you don't look so bad to others as you do to yourself. I know I can be that way. What changes are you going to make to your exercising? Just be sure to keep doing it, I've always believed the best exercise is exercise you stick to.
I know that feeling lol! Being this overweight is not a good look! I think a bit of fat looks ok on people but not this much. Well done on your weight I see you're down to 248 lbs, you're close to me now.

I did all the right things yesterday and still up today. I hate those days.
 
What changes are you going to make to your exercising? Just be sure to keep doing it, I've always believed the best exercise is exercise you stick to.
I'm using a new exercise band with more resistance. I'm using heavier hand weights. And instead of sitting exercises in a chair for chest, I'm now laying back in the chair. Subtle changes, but I like them better. It's going to take some time to get used to the new higher weights.

Good for you! I have been trying a little less weight and resistance whilst working on form and slowing down a bit. You can get good muscle development and tire yourself out in a lot of exercising by slowing the return. For example when you lift weights try very slowly going down in a curl or overhead lift. Anyway I am not the exercise expert, and I do think it's good news that you are getting stronger.

Do you know what is wrong with your hip? My wife had hip replacement surgery about 2 weeks ago, it has already really helped her. I am impress with how quickly she is recovering. Hope you don't need surgery.

3 days without binge

Up 2 pounds in the first month of my experimental higher calorie diet. If not for the binges I am sure it would not have been up. I plan to continue, and if I can avoid bingeing before the Ides of March I should be down a little.

Hip miraculously better yesterday afternoon so much so I got to walk some. What a difference a day makes. The day before I could barely move.

I've slowed down on the form a lot, trying to get the most out of each lift. I don't know if it really helps, but I get a lot more of a burn.

not sure about the hip. I've had a couple of places that go out in my back. It's chronic. My hips seems to be a sciatica nerve thing. Anyway, it sucks, but I probably needed a break anyway. I walk everyday and have really bad shoes. I'm trying to get up the money to get a good pair of walking shoes without breaking the bank.

Really cold and I still had "mowing flu". My sister and I tried to walk outside, but just too cold. Took our breath away. Supposed to have big warming trend the next 2 weeks. Today is 10+ more than yesterday, and tomorrow will be 10+ more than today and so on up to around 80F. Maybe, mid summer, I'll say that I miss the cold weather, but not at this point lol.
