Well I definitely have a stomach virus or food poisoning. I just threw up all over the place. Thankfully, it only happens about once every 8-10 years. I'm not a fanboy. The thing I hate the most about this is the constant hot acid coming back up into my throat from belching. I'm not running a fever, but i didn't the last time either. So who knows.

This is a first. This will be the first time I've missed a workout since starting 21 weeks ago. Bummer. It is what it is though. I haven't weighed yet. Don't feel up to taking off my clothes yet. I'll update in a little while.

Feeling better. After throwing up, I progressed much faster and even had a good night sleep, first time in 4 days. I had 400 calories yesterday and 700 the day before. Goal today is to take it easy and ease back to eating a little more. I did well on drinking yesterday and plan on doing more of the same. I'm a tad dehydrated, but overall doing good. Thanks for thinking about me!

Edit: I edited the weight. I just took yesterday's weight because the scale was giving me fits. I usually go by what my sister weighs. We have to place the scale each day so finding the same place is difficult. This is our 4th scale. They've all worked about the same.

Drank a lot of water yesterday to make sure I'm hydrated. New problem this morning. I woke up in the middle of the night and my ankle was hurting. Feels like a sprained ankle. In my sleep??? LOL. I was going to walk today, but that seems like a very limited option.

So I was going to do stuff today, but body says nope, you need another rest day, so I'm going with it.

I wasn't planning on mowing yesterday, but the neighbor next door scalped the front part of the lawn. I was going to mow today or tomorrow after giving my ankle another day or two of rest, but decided to go ahead to keep the lawn halfway even. I hate when they do that. I mow on a regular basis. Our yard is kept up more then the neighbors. Ugh. It's like living in a HOA.

I drank a lot of water the past 2 days. During the winter, I did a great job of keeping off the water weight. I gotta figure out summer now. It's always the hardest.

I am trying. Maybe, I might lose a few pounds this summer.
I would really like to get to the low 230's and quite soon but with the way I'm eating I have no chance. Yesterday morning/daytime was good as usual, then I mess up in the evening as usual. Are you still exercising? My steps are very low right now but we get a new dog today (well, he's not "new" but you know what I mean)! I'll be walking him daily so my physical activity will go up.

I wish I could get into my low 230s. It's a dream right now. I am still exercising. I just finished up week 22 this morning and only missed 1 workout out of 66 due to stomach virus. I still walk everyday except for rain days. I don't want to slip. But I figured since I do some sort of exercise every single day that I need a break every once in a while so I don't stress over a missed day. I'm glad that you are getting a new dog. That will give you a little pep up. When my sister's dog died, she got another one a month or so after and this dog has been so uplifting, nothing against her other dog. I'm allergic to dogs and I really like this one.
