Missed yesterday, was tending to my wife. She had hip surgery.
Need to walk a little more before the rain comes.
will go for a walk today to the local store instead of using my car.
Walking is good exercise, I should do more of it. Maybe once the snow melts I will start doing it, my excuse of the day anyway.

Shooting between 4000 - 6000 steps a day. Any variation is weather related. Holding steady on weight. For working out, I am upping the amount of weight and exercise band used.

Still no water. It rained like a monsoon all night.

As long as it's planned and not a binge it's fine. You didn't gain much, a pound up or down is noise range.

Yesterday was good, back on track. Had a minor wobble, I actually had a packet of crisps (chips) in my hands ready to eat, thought of Tyke and put them down. Sat or Sun (not both) will be my 1 day of the week where I can relax my diet.

Had a very late night / early morning mini binge unfortunately, wasn't on typical junk food but still ate alot. Woke up, just felt bad for some reason and reached for the food cupboard. First binge in a week. Aiming to end the month lighter than I started it.

I have been eating a 2,000 calorie a day diet, so not losing weight is not too surprising. My objective is to stop bingeing, more important to me than the weight loss. And so far so good.

Well good and bad. My new phone doesn't recognize about 200 steps less than my old phone over the same distance and compared to my sister walking at the same time.

Good news is that I'm actually walking more to get the same steps so upping my game. Still, trying between 4000 and 6000 for now. I ordered another set of hand weights. The weight I've been using is really too easy. I'm also upping my exercise band for more tension. And even though I've been walking a lot, when I go up stairs I feel all weak in the knees. I need to incorporate some kind of stepping exercise to strengthen that part.

Taking the steps is what matters, what your phone thinks you are doing not so much. That's great about having to increase your weights, the workouts are paying off!

Last couple of days of Jan weren't great but I'm starting Feb at a slightly lower weight than I started Jan, and given the month I had I'll take that. It's stopped a steady trend of gaining month on month too.

Down -1.5 for January. With all of the death anniversaries, stress, and some major changes in my life, I'll take it.

Yesterday, was the first day that I didn't work out 100%. I was at like 80%. Today marks the end of 17 weeks of working out.

Monday starts again, but I'm upping the hand weights. I have a new set of exercise bands on the way and I'm going to change up a few exercises. So we'll see. And a plus, my new phone seems to be recording steps properly now.

Down -1.5 for January. With all of the death anniversaries, stress, and some major changes in my life, I'll take it.

We got the water partially fixed. Kitchen sink is sorta fixed. We turned on the water and it was coming out in the backyard. Ugh, gotta do some digging today before it starts raining this afternoon.
