3 days without binge

I am going to try just weighing once a month, so won't be regularly posting my weight here. Maybe I will keep up the days without binge thing, I think that is more important. Don't want to discourage anyone else from daily weight posting, what works for us all is different.
Very good on the 3 days no binge yay.

2 days without binge

I am about 46 lbs heavier than my lowest weight of 143. However I think that was probably too low and would be happy to lose something in the 20 lb range.

Good for you.

Holding steady with exercise, not a bad thing. Good for you!

Holding fairly steady and still posting, good for you!
Very good 2 days no binge. Yay for you.

Thanks Blue, how is your eating?
Sorry I haven't been posting daily weight .I hope it's OK.

260.6lbs
Sure it is, what matters more than posting is how you are doing. Isn't 260 down a little? I think it is.

You'll be lower in weight than me soon! Wouldn't have predicted that a while back. Well done, I'd better get my a$$ in gear.

Good, I hope you hang around. Well done on 5 binge free days.

I haven't weighed today. Made the phonecall today that I've been dreading but I know has to be done, I've arranged with the vet to come to my home and euthanize my dog on monday morning :(

Sorry to hear that, but it does happen to most all pets, dogs and cats just don't live long enough. I am sure you have given Tyke a long and happy life, about all you can do. Still it's always painful. My father used to sing this song when we lost a dog, I still think of it when one passes. Not exactly his words, but as close as I could find on youtube.

So sorry Tyke. I feel for ya. Hang in there.

Thanks for the kind words all. Tyke has had a reprieve, after I'd phoned the vet on friday, it's like he knew I had or something because he perked up slightly, he wasn't getting as stressed about hardly being able to walk, which in turn stressed me less. And my brother has decided he will help more in looking after him (he used to help alot 6 months ago but stopped - long story). I think it will only delay the inevitable for a couple of weeks, but Tyke is still here. I phoned the vet the minute they opened this morning to cancel.

Well done on the 6 no binge days Rob. Hey thanks for that video, brought a tear to my eye. It'll be something to listen to in future and remember the good times with my dog.
