It is yay! Down a few.
Thanks, but I have managed to reverse that trend...
Good post and I can relate to alot of that. I put on about 10 lbs Jan 1st 2023 to Jan 1st 2024. It's looking after my dog and knowing he'll be gone soon is what's stressing me right now. I'm up in the night with him as his dementia has altered his sleeping and toilet patterns, once awake I sometimes can't get back to sleep so have a carb/cal heavy meal which helps me sleep. Plus I often eat lots in the evening to help get to sleep in the 1st place. Very bad pattern really.

You could have done worse, I know we both have. 10 lbs will go if you can stick to your plan. Same could be said about me. Evening eating is my worst time too, was last night... Good to see you posting again!

Tom, how was the weekend?

Thanks, yeh 10 lbs isn't the end of the world. I am about 33 lbs heavier than my lowest weight in 2023 though (I got down to 209 in around May I think), hmm not good. Still, best to look forward. Hope today is good for you.

I hear ya. I'm doing better with eating at night now that I've adopted have to wait 2 hrs after eating before I can go to bed. I'm still stressing over my stupid brothers causing trouble, but with the advent that my dad wasn't father is actually quite freeing. I'm not like my brothers and I don't have to own that anymore. I'm just working on finding out who my father was and processing all the emotions along with this revelation.

I am about 46 lbs heavier than my lowest weight of 143. However I think that was probably too low and would be happy to lose something in the 20 lb range.

Yeh I agree 143 is low although i'm not sure how tall you are. I'm 5'9" and i've been 147 before and i'd say that was the absolute minimum i'd ever want to go down to.

You are right about those last few pounds, for sure.

3 days without binge

I am going to try just weighing once a month, so won't be regularly posting my weight here. Maybe I will keep up the days without binge thing, I think that is more important. Don't want to discourage anyone else from daily weight posting, what works for us all is different.

Should be posting soon. it's going to get over freezing today! Woohoo.
